To control further whitening of hair, try the following tips - 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

hello lybrate user, symptoms like headache, heaviness in head..;could be due to tension headache. Dear lybrateuser, - Have iron & vit b12 rich foods to build up hemoglobin in blood, have fruits especially apple, guava, banana, citrus fruits as vit c in them enhances iron absorption, green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, non veg foods especially organ meats like liver if you have, dried foods like dates, nuts, jaggery, beans, lentils & enriched foods like cereals - also take supplements as prescribed - consult a doctor to find the cause for persistent anemia, investigations would be required.

Hi lybrate-user Weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of carbohydrate food. First you avoid high carbohydrate food exm. Chapati, bread, potato. U Can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken and green vegetables. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you helps in weight loss. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs and fish Lunch - Cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - Paneer tikka with green chutney. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night.
