One month child have a problem in heart, child has problem in breathing, Dr. Said" dil main surakh hain" operation karna hoga within two weeks but other Dr. Said operation karna hoga but after one or two years because child's age is one month. Please advise me main kya karu?

Actually,dil me surakh,means child may be having Ventricular Septal Defect.Now the size of defect,characteristic of defect and cardiac complication particularly cardiomegaly and high pressure in Pulmonary artery are important factors to take decision of operation.If condition is worsening then better to take chance of early operation.

Dear lybrateuser, - If you are suffering from cardiac problem then do investigations, ECG x-ray chest, echo, blood hb%, sugar, cholesterol - tachycardia is when the heart rate at rest is above 100/ min - doing exercise will raise your heart rate which is normal, it should come back to normal after rest - it can become normal as you regularly exercise, start slowly then gradually increase your time & intensity if you are comfortable, consult your doctor .

Uska 2d echo karaye ,heart ki pumping gadbad ho sakti hai, jo bhi gadbad haiga 2d echo mai ajaega haiga. Agar sub sahi aye tou lahaul bila kuat namak cheeni paani ka harbat 3 dafa pilaye aur khub namak khilae.

1.For your age,chest pain could be due to stress,anxiety,physical and mental strain 2.Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise,yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise.It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4.Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily after food 5.Drink plenty of water and take rest 6.If you have recurrent attack of chest pain ,take ECG and consult physi

I did ecg last monday and there was st changes with abnormality. So cardiologist suggested me to do stress test. So on wednesday I did and was able to walk for 12 minutes and 26 seconds. And seeing the reports Dr. said it was nonspecific changes. It may be due to anxiety and fear. Last month I did cholesterol it was 211 with ldl and triglycerides on higher side. And on monday I did cholesterol test again it was 251 and this time triglyceride was higher and ldl too. And pressure is 140/80 when measured by Dr. I am taking met xl 12.5.so can this medicine increase your cholesterol levels. And are they any risk of heart problem?

Metxl is not responsible for increase in cholestrol levels and ldl cholesterol is the main culprit for you to have symptoms suggestive of angina and I will suggest you to do exercise regularly and eat a low fat content in your diet and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari, naan, white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati, bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and follow up with finding after six months.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg one tablet before food for 3 days B.
