Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds.

If phimosis results in pain during sex, or if it impedes urination or leads to infection, homoepathic treatment is available. Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops in later age due to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like merc. Iod. Hi, you are right, flourosis is one of the cause of yellow discoloration of teeth. There is no home remedy for making them white. You have to visit your dentist and get bleaching or veneering done. Regards.

I have joint effusion, 2 years ago I had injury and I am still suffering from pain. The effusion is less by now but occasional pain is there, I have changed 5 orthopaedic doctor n 2 physiotherapists. They could not lower the level of pain.

You haven't mentioned which joint effusion you have? there are many different treatment options for joint effusion, including both home care and physician-led care. The exact treatment will depend on the severity of the condition as well as the cause of it. Some treatments specifically look to address the symptoms whereas others look to combat the underlying cause. If your condition is being caused by an infection, then the doctor may prescribe antibiotics to fight the infection. Physiotherapy exercises are also effective in reducing effusion and stiffness of the joint. Some home remedies for joint effusion are: take any medications the doctor prescribes you. Be gentle with your joint. Rest, avoid activities that put pressure on your joint, while it is painful and swollen. Ice can help control pain and swelling. Apply an ice pack, wrapped in a cloth for 15 minutes every two to four hours. Elevation-raise your knee (or elbow, or foot) using pillows above the level of your heart. Manage your weight. If you are overweight, losing weight will help.

Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. It will be in your best interest if you contact local psychiatrist. If this is not possible then give him tab olimelt 10 mg at night by mixing in some food. If he is diabetic then don't give this medicine.

Neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and endorphin are responsible for regulating moods and behavior. The body is able to produce these neurotransmitters because of certain nutrients like protein, fatty acids and carbohydrates. Since these nutrients come from the food we consume, it is important to pay attention to your diet. Eating the right foods can help to prevent nutritional deficiencies and hormonal imbalances. This, in turn, helps to prevent or reduce mood changes and emotional disturbances, where dietary deficiencies may have been contributing factors. Here are some tips on what to eat to prevent depression:

The importance of eating a healthy breakfast cannot be stressed enough. It helps to maintain your blood sugar levels and thus keeps your moods stable.Oats make a good breakfast food because they help to combat stress and also keep your cholesterol levels in check.

Don’t drastically reduce fat from your diet. Some amount of fat is necessary for proper functioning. Try to ensure an intake of healthy fats such as omega-3 fatty acids which are found in foods such as nuts, fatty fish and seeds.

Add plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet as these will supply your body with a variety of essential vitamins and minerals.
Foods such as lean turkey, chicken and milk are high in tryptophan, an amino acid that stimulates the release of serotonin. Serotonin enhances mood.

Restrict your intake of caffeinated beverages and alcohol. Some studies have indicated a link between excessive coffee consumption and depression. Alcohol affects mood and can also interfere with sleep.

Avoid following restrictive or crash diets that eliminate an entire food group. These can considerably affect your normal body rhythm and may lead to hormonal imbalances.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. You take soup before dinner.

At this age some changes come but if you are active sexually then it should not be a problem. Do one hour of morning jogging / or brisk walking. Eat fresh fruits and fresh vegetables as a routine. Normally 2-3 times a week is good enough sexually activity but if you are regularly exercising and following above food habits you can do that. Stamina will improve. Sedentary lifestyle gives set back to your overall activity. I hope you do not have diabetes, HT,obesity or Thyroid problems. They may interfere also.
