I am a 29 years old man and I have heel pain from last five years. In first year it occurs rarely, in second year it happens when I work for long hours. But from last three years it became regular. I feel relax when I change my shoes & feel no pain till 5~6 months. So I changed my shoes on a regular interval. But now from last two months it feels continuously even I changed a new pair of shoes with heavy foam cushions (lakhani shoes). Now I feel pain in heel area and middle of feet bottom. Kindly show me x ray of your ankle (front & side views) before I can give any opinion. Pain in heels is a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do ankle/foot & toe exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I think you should get a ct scan done bcz there may be underlying nasal polyps that will require surgery. Review with report. By the time you can start flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day and steam inhalation.

I suffered from chickengunaya about a month ago and felt weak and aching muscles after that now even after a month had passed I am having fever almost daily and feeling weak also. Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

You are suffering from allergic rhinitis (cold). If immunity of your body is increased you will be cured of your illness. This can be done with help of ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment easily. Take anbuta plus oral drops 10 drops three times a day for 3 months. Arogyavardhini vati 2-2-2 laxmivilaas ras1-1-1 vyoshaadi vati 2-2-2 all these for 3 months. Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Thyroid can be very effectively corrected with medications and PCOS has may ways of management. You definitely have a very good chance at parenthood. One can take as long as 8-10 days of FSH to achieve an appropriate size egg (18-20 mm). Please ensure that the other parameters needed to achieve pregnancy, like patent fallopian tubes (pipes that connect the womb and the ovary- meeting point for egg and sperm), good seminal count,(>14mil/ml) and functional womb are normal as well. Dear Ms. Lybrate-user, I suggest that you should consult a gynecologist for your irregular periods. It could be polycystic ovary syndrome. The dark colour of the skin on your neck and face could be what we call as acanthosis nigricans which is quite common in patients suffering from pcos, your weight gain may also be linked to the same. Please Get your hb checked first of all and do accordingly. Make your routine of long walks for 30- 45 minutes at a stretch, jog if you can, learn yoga postures. Do deep breathing exercises and meditate. Start 5 minutes a day and raise to 15 days in a week. Diet: balanced food, lots if fibers, green leafy vegetables. Lots of water intake. If you do it, slowly you ll become fit without medicine. If you need medicinal support, please take only herbal non toxic, non synthetic medicines.
