Actually I had sex with my boyfriend few years ago (5-6 times) and I am going to get married in 4-5 months. But I feel that there is so much gap in my vagina. I am afraid if my husband will find out. Please suggest me what I can do to tighten the vagina or remove the gap. Please help.

Hi miss lybrate-user A healthy relationship has countless components apart from sex. There is no denying, though, that if it ain’t happening in the bedroom, things can begin to unravel. Nobody wants a sexless relationship! In fact, problems in the bedroom are some of the biggest factors leading couples to break up. Lack of confidence with your body is one of the most major reasons why couples stop having sex, and one of the main reasons women start to lose trust is they feel they no longer have a firm, tight vagina. Once you no longer feel sexy, your relationship can begin to lack intimacy, and severe problems can develop. The good news is that there are many ways on how to make your vagina, such as using Shots xt jell, one of the most popular products. While you should research all of the possible ways to solve this problem, going the all-natural route will ensure you use something that is safe and also effective. Surgical procedures do work but can be costly, risky and quite invasive. Nothing makes me feel less sexy than the idea of surgery! When there are safe, affordable natural ways to solve your problems, there is simply no need to resort to drastic measures such as surgery. Vaginal rejuvenation surgery might be the best option for some women, but the majority will be better off with a safer option. Hi if you required contact privately,

Helo lybrate-user yes you can start normoz. Reduce the dise of metformin 500 mg once a dat you had 3 miscarriages. We call it bad obstetric history. Implantation failure is one but more causes are their for miscarriages. Please get torch test, tb gold test and tsh levels also it will give us more idea for the cause of abirtiobs. And hence treatment be given regards

Why Ginger Is Important For Your Health?

Ayurveda is an everyday life science that cures a number of maladies based on the use of herbs, yoga, oil massages and a number of lifestyle tweaks. Ayurveda uses everyday tweaks in order to reach the root cause of the ailment and cure it. Therefore, it makes use of a lot of everyday items that can make changes in the doshas that create an imbalance. Ginger is one such ingredient that has a number of health benefits as per Ayurveda. It is a root spice or flowering plant with an orange brown hue. Read on to know more.

  1. Healing Digestive Properties: Ginger has a number of healing properties thanks to its chemical composition as they make it ideal for patients suffering from digestive problems such an irritable bowel syndrome. It also helps in improved production of the digestive juices which can help in flushing out toxins or Ama. This spice also keeps the digestive fires burning due to the heat that it emanates.
  2. Nutrition: Ginger also helps in better absorption of nutrients, vitamins and minerals from the food that we eat. This helps in better weight management as well as better digestion, which can prevent a number of diseases including cancer.
  3. Stress: Brewing a cup of green or white tea with a hint of Ginger can instantly spread a wonderful fragrance throughout the home and calm your senses by enveloping them. The fragrant properties of Ginger also have a healing effect which can lessen and prevent stress.
  4. Nausea: Small doses of Ginger are especially helpful for pregnant women who are suffering from acute and excessive morning sickness or nausea.
  5. Muscle Pain: Ginger can be used to reduce pain and soreness in one's muscles. It can be brewed as tea or taken in small slivers after a particularly intense workout. It is also known to help in relieving pain experienced by patients suffering from arthritis and other ailments related to joint and muscles. This condiment also helps in reducing the inflammation in the joints due to its proven anti-inflammatory properties.
  6. Diabetes and Heart Disease: Ginger is known to dramatically reduce the blood sugar level. It shows a reduction in the markers for oxidized lipoproteins, which also lowers the risk of high cholesterol and heart disease.
  7. Menstrual Pain: Just a gram or two of Ginger can be ingested on a daily basis to get relief from severe pain during menstrual cramps in women.

Ginger can be used to season foods like salads, curries and stir fried vegetables and also for preparing tea so that some quantity can be ingested every day. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

When you are looking forward to reduce weight and increase the chances of conceiving, try not to look for extending your family until you lose weight, as losing weight is an overall lifestyle management, it's not just regarding food consumption. Consider taking expert advice.

Sexologist,
If it is on both side then do blood tests prolactin, tsh, if one side then you do blood test and ultrasound test of that breast. If you are taking any other medicine then stop it with doctor's advice.

You are getting these pains as your uterus is trying to expel the foetus. Once all the product of conception out then you will not be feeling pain. You can take hot fomentation to ease out pains. Don't worry, it is not life threatening for you but yes it is taking a life out of you which will cause some pain.

DGO, MBBS
Sexologist,
Try to relax there may be some pain initially but later you will feel good. For increasing sexual appetite and for phobia some medicine may help. In case you want a prescription from me then ask at private question. Also you should do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh.
