As per your age you need to be 45 kg. Include more of protein rich foods in your diet, if you are a non vegetarian have two eggs per day along with chicken or fish 2 - 3 times a week, if you are a vegetarian then you need to include more of whole pulses like rajmah, cholae along with paneer, have 2 bananas per day and minimum 500 ml of milk and milk products per day, at the same time it is important to follow a regular exercise regimen and always maintain proper meal timings.

Fever usually indicate infection viral/bacterial In case of fever, follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. If severe fever persist, we need to do thorough investigation

More than your Triglycerides, it is your Cholesterol and LDL that need to be focused at this stage. 1) Begin with diet modification for healthy heart diet, consult a dietician fora detailed diet prescription. 2) Begin exercising, start gradually target to 45 mins daily of brisk walking, yoga etc 3) Get your thyroid tested. 4)Repeat your levels after 6 weeks of these precautions for 6 weeks repeat levels again, if still high consult for medications. No hardness in penis no erection hardly. At the time of sex no excitement no erection but when rubbing penis feel excitement and erection but for few times and he is down. I can not enjoy sex. Physical strength does matter but you have to take positive view on sex. Out of the way erection is not warranted. Pl do pranayam, meditation and walks in the morning or evening will destress you. Have good nutrition. Keep away from any complex. Have friends - girls n boys both. Try to love beauty, nature. Of course, some'vrushya' herbs and vajikaran medicines in ayurveda as well as pure classic tila application on penis would help you a lot. I have been gyming for the last 1 and a half years. Recently a pain in my right hand has started 2 disturb me during my workouts. Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports and For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I am sure you are one of those who does not combine medication with therapy. I advise you to seek some counseling together with the medication and you will see so much improvement that you can consider going off of the medication together with the doctor's approval. In the meantime consider the following: I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hello Oily skin is more prone to pimples as the pores get clogged with dirt. So washing the face with green gram powder or gram flour will help to remove the excess oil in the face. Ayurvedic medicines like Divya Mahamanjishtharistham, Triphala churnam and Chirata Capsules will be beneficial to cleanse and purify the blood. Include ginger, cumin, coriander leaves, buttermilk, fiber and fenugreek. Reduce excess fried foods, refined flour, canned foods, spicy food, carbonated beverages, sugar, salt and processed foods. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. take sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Take plenty of water, avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. if not get relief consult ENT doctor.

Hi Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)
