Hi there it might be because of some inflammation due to stress you r putting on healed ligament fibres. You can use ice pack for 15-20 minutes three times daily, which will improve healing process and reduce pain and can visit physiotherapist if pain still persists. Avoid walking on uneven surface and twisting, turning of foot. Avoid running and prolong walks for now.

You have mentioned pain in thighs and foot region, do you actually feel it is a radiating pain from your lower back region which is going in the legs? do you also suffer from lower back pain? is there any associated numbness, weakness in legs and paresthesias as well? please also send me any investigations if you have done in this regard and what treatment have you taken thus far? meanwhile I will advise you to continue with your walks and also intensive physical therapy for lower back region. HI I have got a back pain which last only for 1hr after a night sleep in the morning. Once I have consult a doctor he says do not take pillow while sleeping. I have done that. I met with an accident on 7th august. Mt xray report was saying minimal displaced medial tibial plateau. The gave me slab and said rest for 6 weeks with a lot of medicine. After my cast removed I am on PT. Things were improving but today I saw below my knee when I putted pressure with my hand it was little bit coming in and out. Dr. said we will have to take your MRI and CT Scan. He also said your ligament is broken we will have to operate your knee. I am really confused after two months they are saying this. Can someone help please.

Yes its possible to be associated ligament tear with medial tibial plateau fracture. MRI is taken to find out ligament injury. When a ligament (ACL or PCL) is completely torn or stretched beyond its limits, the only option is reconstructive knee surgery. Person who has knee pain or severe instability may choose to have it. But if the pain is not a problem, you may choose to skip the surgery and accept the risk of some lifelong instability in your leg. You may also opt for a custom-made brace.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Coffee. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption (if you do). Do pranayama early morning.

Hi it can be fibromyalgia. Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination. Meanwhile take hot water bath twice a day and take healthy and balanced diet. Best wishes.

You must take arnica 200 thrice a day five drops in water. Also take nux vomica 30 in the evening three drops in water at about 6.00 pm for three days.

Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, says Hitzmann. Get started with these 4 foam rolling exercises. 3. Shake things up. Muscles are involved in the control and function of joints; when they’re weak from overuse, your joint is forced to take on more impact. (So if you’re pushing through a run with overworked quads, for instance, you’re likely to feel it in your knees.) Instead, mix up high-impact activities, like running, with something a little more gentle—think swimming, biking, yoga, or Pilates—once or twice a week. I am 47 years old. About 15 year ago I faced a shock in my lower back due to put a heavy weight. I felt some heavy pain in lower back for 20-25 days but ignored. After that it may be happen 1-3 times in a year occasionally. When pain happen it remains about 8-10 days.

Recurrent back pain does need an evaluation by physical examination by a spine orthopaedic surgeon. Since you don't report pain radiation to lower limbs, it may be localised lesion in disc or surrounding ligaments. An MRI may give clue As of now, your treatment may be conservative, with back strengthening exercises, a brace wearing in daytime, anti inflammatory, muscle relaxant gels or oral medications. Unless your routine work is badly restricted, then only surgery may be indicated. For partial prolapse of disc without radiation of pain to lower limbs, ozone injections are given by many spine specialists to shrink the disc and for ling term symptomatic relief. If severe prolapse, as shown by symptoms or MRI, percutaneous disectomy is advisable.

You should have 2 tablets chitosan medician 30 minutes before meal and avoid eating in between medician or meal. This will reduce 3 to 4 kg per month definitely without any side effects.

If your knee joints are severely arthritic as per the x ray, then knee replacement is the only solution. If the arthritis is on the moderate stage, then some injections are available to increase the lubrication of the knee joints along with some oral medications and some knee strengthening exercises will also help. Revert back with your knee x rays.
