What is varicocele & how to cure. I met doctor for testicle pain. The report found that I have varicocele. So now he ...
Varicocele affects the blood flow through your scrotum, and can interfere with blood flow to your sperm, being held in the sperm sac of the testicles, which are held within the scrotum. The scrotum ‘sac’ contains blood vessels and veins that deliver this blood to the reproductive glands. A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins within the scrotum. These veins are called the pampiniform plexus. Often, someone suffering from this issue will have swollen scrotum. Homeopathy works very well for mild to moderate cases of varicocele. Numerous infertility cases have been treated successfully with medicines and they have been reported in homeopathic medical journals. The actions of homeopathy medicines are as follows: 1.They work at relieving stagnation of blood and help in its recirculation by improving the elasticity of the vein walls. 2.They help to reduce pain, control further varicosity, reduces swelling thus decreasing the temperature of the testicles resulting in a better sperm count. Homeopathic medicines should preferably be taken in the beginning of varicocele problem itself because the more one delays the appropriate treatment, the more chronic the problem gets. you can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Generally Canesten cream is an antifungal cream used commonly for vagina itching. She can use that twice daily ten days. Candederma will not cause a permanant harm.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much drying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Sir what type of food may I take, morning afternoon and night, because I am diabetic?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Sir what type of food may I take, morning afternoon and night, because I am diabetic?
Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. Sinusitis - Conditions That Lead to It!

Sinusitis - Conditions That Lead to It!

Sinuses are cavities in our skull behind the nose which spread out in a pattern. These cavities are lined with tissues and mucosal membranes and are essential for our breathing process. Sinusitis is a condition where the tissues within the cavities become inflamed which results in the sinus cavities being blocked due to a buildup of fluid.

What are the conditions that can lead to sinusitis?
Some of the conditions that can cause nasal polyps are explained as follows:

  1. Nasal polyps are small growths of tissue within the lining of the nose which may block the sinuses, resulting in sinusitis.
  2. Common cold is also a culprit which may result in sinusitis
  3. If your septum or the bridge between the holes of the nose is deviated (this condition is referred to as a deviated septum), you may be prone to developing sinusitis.
  4. The lining of the nose may swell in a condition known as allergic rhinitis and cause sinusitis as well.

Types of sinusitis
There are multiple types of sinusitis which may affect people and also on how long they last. The various types of sinusitis are explained below:

  1. Acute sinusitis: This is the most common form of sinusitis that lasts usually between 2 to 4 weeks. It starts with a cold, blocked nose and turns into facial pain that usually starts very suddenly.
  2. Chronic sinusitis: This is a form of sinus infection which can have a debilitating effect on your life and may last for 12 weeks or longer.
  3. Sub-acute sinusitis: This is somewhere between acute and chronic sinusitis and may last from anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks.
  4. Recurrent sinusitis: This form of sinus infections tend to be a variation of acute or sub-acute sinusitis which tends to occur multiple times a year.

Symptoms of sinusitis
The manifestation of the symptoms of sinusitis may be different from person to person and also on the type of sinusitis you are suffering from. However, there are some generic symptoms that are common to all forms which are mentioned as follows:

  1. Smelling senses may be dulled
  2. Facial pain
  3. Congestion accompanied by a cough
  4. Nose may be blocked, stuffy and may also be runny
  5. Other symptoms may also include bad breath, fatigue, or even dental pain
  6. Nasal cavity may have pus and it may drain from time to time

It is best to consult a doctor quickly, if you have been having any of these symptoms. The doctor can prescribe nasal decongestants and antibiotics which can help. If you have chronic or recurrent sinusitis, then more aggressive and advanced treatments may be required.

As you said your physical activity is nil. Try to improve that first. Plus you need to control your stress and anxiety. Healthy diet low in salt, fat, simple carbohydrate and rich in fibres, vegetables along with daily exercise may help to control your bp.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic (wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, once in aweek, morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost.
