For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). Hello. Eat high fiber diet including all green veges and fresh pulpy fruits and salad in diet. Take all dairy products. Prefer while milk. Take enough protein in your diet. If you veg then take soya food and if non veg then take eggs, meat and fish. You can take 2 boiled eggs daily with warm milk. You can take protein shakes also. Protein powder is available in market. Take one spoon protein powder in one glass milk twice a day. You can take homoeopathic tonic:- alfa alfa two spoons twice a day or alfa alfa malt also. I hope this will help you.

I am 29 years old. 2 months back I had tumor removed from my right abdomen. Due to this my weight drastically failed. I was around 65 kg and now 47 kg and my height is 5.5. My question is I saw somewhere that if I mix shatavari and ashwagandha in lukewarm milk followed by yashtimadhu tablet I can gain weight. Is this true?

Apply seasame oil one inch above and one inch below and under the knee in the hollow portion and do massage fifteen times gently at each point daily at night. Take rest after that. Do it for ten days.

Choose good carbohydrates: whole grains pay attention to the protein package: good choices include fish, poultry, nuts, and beans. Choose foods containing healthy fats. Plant oils, nuts, and fish are the best choices choose a fiber-filled diet which includes whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Limit salt intake. Choose more fresh foods, instead of processed ones.

You can take whey protein. And foods rich in protein like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass.

Hello, Lybrate user, Excessive consumption of proteine may cause proteine urea ,hence should be couscious in this connection. You should go for natural, measure to reduce obesity. Obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.
