avoid day time sleep. avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after,take healthy diet, avoid stress. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time. 6.Take a small potato and grate it; mix it with some honey and dab on the face. Wash the face mask after 15 minutes. You can also rub the potato slices over the dark spots to make them fade.

How can you eat healthy? This is a question that plagues many of us. The quest for a youthful looking body that is also slim and well-toned is something that we all strive for. On the other side of the spectrum, we also have people who are concerned about too much of weight loss, fatigue and general weakness. So what all can you do to ensure that you indulge in healthy eating for a healthy body and mind? Try these nine tips.

  1. Eating the Right Carbohydrates: Choose the right carbs that will help you pile up on energy with the right kind of food. Sugar and flour can cause an overload of carbs in your digestive system, while oats, cereals and complex carbs like whole grains are high in fibre.
  2. Lean Protein: Avoid red meat and make a beeline for fish and other lean protein that will give you omega three fatty acids in the process as well. This includes fish and chicken.
  3. Good Fats: There are four major types of dietary fat found in food from plants and animals - Good Fats(monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats including omega-3s), Bad Fats(trans fats), and Saturated Fats. Good fats can improve blood cholesterol levels, lower your risk of heart disease, and benefit insulin levels and blood sugar. Omega-3 fats are particularly beneficial for your brain and mood. The best sources are fish, nuts, and seeds.
  4. Superfoods: Berries and all their variants have come to be known as super foods. These are rich in anti-oxidants which can encourage better brain health. This includes blueberries, cranberries and even salmon and seaweed, used in Oriental cooking.
  5. Salt Intake: Limit your salt intake but do not cut it out entirely. Ensure that you take NO MORE THAN A TEASPOON OF SALT A DAY. Try to avoid packaged food as it is high in salt content.
  6. Water: Stock up on water so that you get plenty of hydration and avoid needless snacking. Avoid sugary drinks and too much of caffeine.
  7. Count the calories you need: Do not simply needlessly cut down on calories, but rather calculate the number of calories you need to function on a normal basis. Then, build a diet chart around this and avoid empty calories like excessive sugary food.
  8. Breakfast: This is the most important meal of the day which also fuels you into action and can potentially stop you from snacking and overeating.
  9. Slow: Eat slowly and have small and frequently meals for healthy eating.

Think You Know What An Erection Means?

I know, I know, you are eager to shout – erection mean sex! After all, in our society we are programmed to equate erection with sex. And yes, an erection may mean the man desires sex. It may also mean other things!

First, lets take a look at erection. An erection begins in the brain. Physical or mental stimulation cause nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves in the penis. These messages tell the penile blood vessels to relax so that blood can flow freely into the penis. Once it reaches the penis, high pressure traps the blood – and voila – an erection happens!

Now, everyone knows about ‘morning glories!’ Many men and women, assume that a ‘morning glory’ means the man wants sex. Sometimes, that is just the case. Other times, it is simply a by-product of nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT).

NPT is a spontaneous erection of penis that occurs during sleep or while waking up. It actually starts when the baby is in the womb - seriously - and continuous throughout the life! Men often experience NPT during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep – part of the sleep in which we dream.

Consider this – during a night of sleep, one usually experiences about four or five periods of REM sleep! That’s about four or five erections a night, each lasting from a few minutes to an hour!

Does this leads to deduce that men want to have sex four to five times a night? While they’re asleep? Most likely not. When researchers studied men dreams content during REM phase in combination with erection, sex wasn’t one of the main subjects!

Similarly, a ‘morning glory’ does not necessary mean a man wants to have sex. So next time you roll over with that twinkle in your eye – you might consider asking him if he is interested to begin with.

An erection means only that your penis is hard! Whether or not you want to have sex - has to do with how you feel. The smell of your boss's perfume may remind you of your wife. Triggered memory of your wife may lead to a desire. This mental stimulation will produce an erection. Does that mean you want to have sex with your boss? Hopefully, not.

Similarly, a man can get spontaneous erections during particular movie scenes. At times, they may lead to arousal and a decision to have sex. Other times, they are just that – spontaneous triggers to visual stimuli telling penis blood vessels to relax!

The next time you encounter an erection – remember – it may not mean the man wants to have sex! But keep in mind, most often, it just might be!

It's always advisable to stop ignoring toothache and popping a pain killer. I would suggest you to visit a dentist and find the underlying cause for the pain and get it treated because any painkiller will give temporary relief and you would not be completely fine till the time the underlying cause is treated.

Hello you need to focus on exercise like walking or stretching for at least 20-30 mins 5 days a week along with healthy lifestyle. Avoid fried foods, sweets n carbonated beverages include foods like green tea, buttermilk, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, kakri, carrot, cabbage, fruits like watermelon, apple, pear, lemon water. Don't worry about your sweating problem. Get yourself screened up for thyroid test. If it comes to be normal than this condition is called as hyperhidrosis. It is body's normal phenomena. But about your other symptoms I would advice you to start taking tablet pan 40 once daily empty stomach with neurobion forte once daily for 15 days and get yourself screened up for cbc test.

Weight gain or loss depends on total number of calories Consumed Vs Burned everyday. If you consume 1800 calories and burn 2100. Then its (-)300 calories At this rate you will lose one Kg in 26 days. Similarly if you eat 2100 but burn only 1800. You have eaten (+)300. And you will gain a Kg in 26 days. So Oats Do not create weight gain or weight loss. It is just one healthy food item. Just like An Apple. To lose weight you need to balance your full days calories and activity.
