•Try to keep your consumption of saturated fats to a minimum. •Aim to replace saturated fats, with moderate amounts of ‘good’ fats also known as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. •Grill, steam, boil and bake foods instead of frying and roasting and try to take low sodium diet-------------- •Eat plenty of fibre-rich foods. •Enjoy healthy snacks such as fruit, nuts and seeds, olives etc. •Drink plenty of water daily------------------- •Stay physically active. At least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise on five or more days of the week. •Avoid smoking. •Try and manage your stress levels. DIET I. Juice diet for 5 days. Use warm water enema daily during this period. II. All-fruit diet for further 5 days, with three meals a day at five-hourly intervals. III. Thereafter, adopt the following diet: - 1. Early Morning: A glass of lukewarm water mixed with the juice of half a lime. 2. Breakfast: Fruits and skimmed milk. 3. Mid-morning: Coconut water. 4. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

Sir, I am too serious about my career. I also take small small things into pressure. If anyone angry on me I felt that I am looser. I am not angry person. I can't raise my voice against wrong decisions of any one related to me. I am afraid of unknown people. I can't easily phase unknown people specifically if he/she is at higher position like managed or head or boss and also can't raise my voice if they are wrong. But in my mind I fill same on me and I thought on the topics which are related to my career again and again. I feel anxious sometime and sometime it feels that the attack will come on my heart. My mind never thought to go behind because I was average as student. But in my class all are toppers. They doing well in each and every work. But I can't study and work like them. So many time I insulted by my professors in my bachelor of engineering career. So I am very judgmental about my career and do not accept thing easolily and thinking about them again and again. I completed my 4 years of bachelor of engineering with lots of fear because I am average student. But I proved my self I will tolerate but not claim any issue against any bad thing it is my big Problem. I want to achieve highest education I wat be like other professionals in any way. I am vey anxious about it. But I am afraid of unknown people. I can't easily interact with them. I feel that he/she will avoid me and also angry on me. After that o feel like rejection. Due to this sometime I leave all my tension of study one side and go with my some naugty friends of my society. So that I feel happy. But it is for some time. Then I also think that this is not original happiness. original happiness is what I achieve in my life. Sometime I want to do nothing and want to sleep whole day but this is also very scary. I feel lik I have nothing to do. I thought that how others will remain home at homw whole day. I can't sit at home without any work. I always want to busy in work. But the work should be respective. But I am in this condition that I have no direction but I want to do it. I want to be person like shahrukh khan comedy and also successful. But in my life it is not possible. Because I always seem people who are stand first and also their behaviour is alway boss type. So I always feeling loose against them. I want to tell much more but I can't explain you. Now a days I started to hear brahmakumairs lectures. I am attracted towards their views about life. But same way I also feel that if I am not feel fear I can't do any work and only I will enjoy the tv and sleep. So acc to my view career and peace of mind both important. But I can't make mak it balanced. I am very judgmental. I also feel that others are bigger than me in any profession. So I always feel weak and fear with them and also give respect to them every time. Now I will stop. Please give me solutions of all my problems. I always feels difficulty from my childhood every time. I also feel that there is some mistake in my janam kundali may be. But provide me solution. So I will success and not become so judgmental.

Dear you should follow my these instructions seriously - *first you have to stop thinking that you are nothing. You are very good and intelligent thats why you have passed all your education. * do not think that you feel nothing. You are feeling everything thats why you told about your deep feeling of your heart. Follow my these best instruction that you must follow everyday to make yourself feel more confident and better person - * on getting up every morning, just stand in front of mirror and say you are happy and you can do anything. By saying these words, you get positive energy about yourself and that makes you feel better. * in morning and evening, take a little time for meditation. You just have to sit in a peaceful place, close your eyes and take long breaths in and out. While breathing just concentrate on breathing only and do it for atleast 10-15 minutes daily. * when ever anything make you feel stressed, do not try to hide it. Just go to your parents or the nearest person you trust most and talk to him/her about the problem and discuss it very clearly. It will solve the problem and make you feel that you are not alone in the world. *join the charity functions and help those persons which are so poor and can not afford their meal and other daily routine things. Helping other make you feel inspired and boost your confidence level. * go to the temple or any nearest religious place who you believe daily. Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. You require: apple cider vinegar, distilled water how to use: to 1 part vinegar, add 3 parts water and mix thoroughly. Dip a cotton swab into it and apply it on pimples. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. As an excellent source of vitamin c, oranges are actually good in whitening and refreshing your skin. You require: oranges, rose water how to use: peel off outer skin of oranges. Dry them and grind into fine powder. Add rose water to make a paste. Apply it on blemishes and wash off after 20 minutes. Lemon juice: to heal scars and acne spots, lemon is the best remedy. You require: green tea leaves how to use: extract green tea from green tea leaves. Wash your face twice a day with green tea and dab with soft towel. It leaves you refreshing and relaxed. You can even daily intake one cup of green tea. Aloe: aloe has many medicinal unseen benefits. It soothes your skin and nourishes giving a vibrant look. You require: aloe, blender how to use: to attain a beautiful and glowing skin start using aloe as your routine. Extract gel from 2? 3 aloe fresh leaves or buy it from a health store. Apply to face and wash off after 20? 30 minutes. Repeat same procedure thrice in a week to get desired results. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate): sodium bicarbonate neutralizes skin ph. Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Hi welcome to lybrate. If you have missed periods for 3 days we cannot say you are pregnant. You should wait for 7 to 10 days after delayed periods. After that you should get urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

Weight gain is not a single day program.But if you follow these you will be benefited.Do muscle building exercise.It will help to gain weight.Eat more frequently wit extra amount of food.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter,jam,jelly with food extra.Eat lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take unrefined food more.Take more protein in diet like fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil.Take nuts,seeds more.Use extra fain cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Take proper rest and stay stress free.These will help you.

Drink Water every hour. # Before Breakfast - Half banana # BFast - 2 slice bread + 10 almonds + one glass plain milk # Miday - One apple and bowl of curd # Lunch - 2 Chapati-dry + Veg + Dal (you can replace 2 chapati with one bowl rice) # Afternoon - Cucumber/ Sprout salad # 6-7 pm - Homemade soup # Dinner - 2 Chapati-dry + Veg/Paneer + Dal $$ Power Yoga for 15 mins is less. Try to increase the time if possible.

Nail Psoriasis & its Management

Many people who have psoriasis also experience changes in their fingernails or toenails. There are several treatments that can help.
Nail psoriasis is the term for the changes in your fingernails and toenails that occur as a result of having psoriasis. According to the National Psoriasis Foundation, up to half of all people who have psoriasis will have nail psoriasis as well. While it's not a life-threatening condition, nail psoriasis can affect your quality of life, since it may cause you discomfort and affect your self-esteem, and it may also put you at greater risk of developing psoriatic arthritis. nail psoriasis can be helped with treatment.
How Psoriasis Affects the Nails
Nail psoriasis occurs because psoriasis affects the process of nail formation. People who have nail psoriasis usually have psoriasis on other parts of their body, such as the skin and joints. Rarely does someone have only psoriasis of the nails.
Symptoms of nail psoriasis vary but may include:
Discoloration of the nail to yellow brown
Pitting (holes) in the surface of the nails
Horizontal lines across the nails
White patches on the nails
Thickening of the nails
Nails that separate from the nail bed
Nail Psoriasis Treatment Options
Your treatment will depend on the type of nail psoriasis you have and how severe it is. If you have psoriasis that affects other parts of your body, the treatments your doctor recommends to alleviate those symptoms may also help your nail psoriasis.
In addition to following your doctor's recommendations involving treatment for nail psoriasis, there are other ways to take care of your nails:
Keep your nails trimmed as short as possible.
Wear gloves when you're working with your hands.
Wear shoes with plenty of room in them.
Avoid scrubbing or scraping underneath your nails.
Use gentle nail cleaning tools.
Soak your nails in tar bath oil mixed with water, then apply nail moisturizer.
If your nails are intact, consider using a nail hardener to improve their appearance.
Taking good care of your nails can minimize the effects of psoriasis associated nail changes.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
• Education.
• Reassurance.
• Avoid exposure to cold.
• Moderate, warm climate is beneficial.
• Avoid undue stress.
• Diet: – Avoid fats, highly seasoned and salty dishes. High protein diet (cut down animal protein). coffee, soft Drinks.
• Maintain good hygiene.
• Hot bath in winter, drying and oiling.
• Avoid all factors which trigger psoriasis.
• Reduce stress levels through meditation and Yoga.
• Do not prick, peel or scratch skin. This may trigger psoriasis.
• After bath or wash pat dry the skin. Do not rub the towel vigorously on skin.
• After washing, pat the skin dry, don’t irritate it by rubbing vigorously.
• Opt for cotton clothes over synthetic ones.
• Take a well balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains.
• Take a daily bath in warm water to soak off the scales.
• Try deep breathing and relaxation exercise to reduce stress.
• Do not take coffee, all animal fats, and processed foods.
• Don’t scratch or rub patches of thickened skin.
• Avoid harsh skin products and lotions that contain alcohol. They may dry the skin and make psoriasis worse.
• Keep your towel, clothes separate and clean.

Exercis and diet control is only the way to reduce weight. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach. Consult doctor.
