Japanese encephalitis (je) is a disease spread through mosquito bites. Symptoms usually take 5-15 days to develop and include fever, headache, vomiting, confusion, and difficulty moving. Symptoms that develop later include swelling around the brain and coma. Je is a serious disease that may cause death. No specific antiviral treatment is available at present, treatment is aimed to maintain vitals, to prevent infections, symptomatic treatment, prevention of complications etc safe and effective je vaccine are available now a days.

Hi Your fasting blood sugar is slightly high, PP is normal. I recommend you have a glass of milk with protein powder. Apart from this increase your protein intake and reduce carbohydrates for dinner. Like do not have rice, ragi, oily foods or fried foods for dinner.

The following precautions are advised to check frequent night emission: · Do not sleep on the back · Do not use milk at night · Avoid overeating · Take your night meal at least before 3 hours before going to bed · Excessive spices, wine, eggs, meat and other stimulating things should be avoided. · Plenty vegetables, fruits should be taken · Tea, curd, betel should be avoided · Food should be chewed thoroughly · Avoid taking much fluid after dinner · Intake water frequently during day time. · Void urine prior to going to bed. · Get up early in the morning since such discharges occur in the morning hours · Excessive horse riding and cycling should be avoided · Deep breathing and long walk in healthy atmosphere should be done · Amorous thoughts and discussions should be avoided · Daily and light exercise should be done · Clean the genitals daily. · Moderate diet should be taken

You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain.

  • Add honey in the paste
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the green tea paste over the ice
  • Garnish with lemon rind and mint leaves and serve

 

2] Custard apple smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon – matcha green tea powder
  • ½ small – custard apple
  • 150 ml – milk (skimmed)
  • ½ teaspoon (optional) – sugar

Method:

  • Mix matcha with few drops of hot water and make slurry
  • Blend custard apple, green tea slurry, milk and sugar (optional)
  • Blend again with few ice cubes and serve it chilled
     

3] Latte

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon – matcha green tea powder
  • 150 ml – milk

Method

  • Mix matcha with few drops of hot water and make slurry
  • Whisk the slurry till frothy
  • Pour hot milk on this frothed green tea and serve hot
     

Apart from these recipes, you can use matcha green tea powder in macaroni. Add ½ teaspoon in white sauce of macaroni to get green gravy macaroni.

Obviously you are very depressed to contemplate death. In fact I think that you have an anger related depression and it may have its roots somewhere in early childhood. You must talk to your parents to find out if there was anything that happened in your infancy, including the prenatal stage, which may have contributed to this depression. You may visit a counselor along with your parents and discuss the depression and follow a treatment plan, immediately. That person will certainly want you to consult a psychiatrist to introduce you to medication. I think that this is an urgent thing to do. It is very important to maintain working with the counselor for a long term, which is essential to your recovery. In the meantime, do as much as is permissible of the following: You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. The counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success.

How can you quickly memorize their names? Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. I can't think properly. I want to study but I am not studying, can't figure out the reason for this and this makes me feel that I might have some psychological problem or brain disorder. Don't understand if I am thinking properly why I am denying it to myself.
