I am suffering from hair problem for 8 months please give mi suitable medicine for hair which stop hair falling.

Various causes are there for hair fall like diseases, poor nutrition, hormonal, fever, stress, environmental, heriditary, medications. Etc. Right diagnosis only will provide you permanent solution. If you think yours is nutritional you take protein and iron rich food. You can also use olive oil as topical application on hair. If you have irregular menstruation it might be hormal imbalances and advisable to meet gynaecology.

I am suffering from severe hair fall problem from last 1 year, I have tried lot of mild shampoos and the therapies but all went in vein. They tear out from the scalp itself when I woke up and also when I comb my hair. Please suggest me some remedy for this.

I am 23 week pregnant and my doctor tested me for thalassemia and the test came positive. I am heterozigot for beta thalassemia. My husband is ok. He is not carrier for beta thalassemia. What should I do? Should I have blood transfusion6ns? Is thalassemia harmful for my baby? Should I take some tablets? Should I make amniocentesis?

You need blood transfusion only if hb is severely low otherwise not. As your hubby is ok, in the worst case, your baby will be heterozygous like you, but never thalassaemia affected. So, no need to go for amniocentesis. And you need folic acid tablets.

I have the problem of acne from 8 years. I tried different medicines, some worked some didn't.problem is not solved yet. Also I have black spots due to acne. Pls suggest any treatment.

Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Each pore on your skin is the opening to a follicle. Hi lybrate-user. You need to first add fiber rich foods to your diet. Eat lot of fresh fruits, salads, include flax seeds, garlic in regular routine. Foe SGPT & SGOT reduce the intake of fried foods, non veg (meat).

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, pollution, excess sweating on face, application of cosmetics, Wash ur face 4 times daily with Face washes meant for acne Stop applying any creams on face Except pimples ointment Take dr. Prescribed tablets depending on severity Avoid junk foods Avoid milk foods Getting pimples in teenage is normal for any person But not taking treatment modifies ur face with lot of problems like marks and scars To correct these problems it needs peels, dermaroller and lasers

You might feel heaviness in body. Also you might feel more sleepy or might not get enough relaxed sleep. There might be back pain also. You need to walk at least 15- 20 min daily. Include more ghee in your diet as it facilitates normal labour.

My brother is a 27 year old who is suffering from a varicose veins from past 2-3 years. He was said to wear some socks which is used to wear for varicose veins. He dint use this socks for more than 3 months now he is feeling pain in left leg (lap) and right leg vein is bit swollen and he can not fold is leg completely. Is there any permanent solution for this and should he follow any diet? Height: 6ft Weight: 90kg.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Respected Sir I have a chronic amebiasis problem what should I do to get rid of it.

To get rid from amebiasis problem & to improve your digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol. * Avoid to drink water from outside and avoid to eat street food in summer & rainy season. Wash your hand before eating food.

5 Common Skin Problems in Babies

The skin of a newborn baby is very fragile. It is thin and has low pigmentation. It takes quite some time (about a year) for the epidermis to develop and function effectively. Once the baby turns one, the skin gets thicker and more immune to skin problems. Here are some common skin problems found in almost every infant.

1 Diaper rash
Diaper rash is the development of red and inflamed skin in the area under the diaper. It is recommended to check the diaper for any wetness at regular intervals, and to change it when required. The diaper should not be too tight or left on too long. Applying a diaper rash ointment and keeping the area dry and open whenever possible can help in relieving your baby from the problem.

2 Baby acne
Development of acne/pimples on the skin of an infant is a common occurrence. It is advised to not to apply anything on it. It mostly resolves on its own in a couple of days.

3 Prickly heat
Prickly heat rashes are the rashes which develop on the face, neck, back or the bottom of the baby because of heat. To deal with this situation you should try to keep the infant cool and dry (not let him/her sweat) and ensure that they wear loose and comfortable clothes made of cotton.

4 Seborrhea
Rashes that develop on the scalp, eyebrows, cheeks, chest, and/or neck of a newborn baby (up to 6 months), are known as seborrhea. It appears to be gruesome, but does not bother the baby. It is recommended to use mild baby shampoo and creams to get rid of the problem. If there is no improvement, see a dermatologist.

5 Eczema
20% of the babies suffer from a very itchy skin rash known as 'eczema'. The affected area of the skin may turn red, ooze pus or crust over. It can be a result of an irritation caused due to sweating in a hot weather or due to the drying up of skin in a cold weather. Some clothing, specifically wool can even trigger this skin condition in a baby. A dermatologist or a pediatrician should be consulted in order to know what should be done.
