Dear lybrateuser, -take a nutritious diet so that you don't feel exhausted & tired after the whole day, have 5-6 small meals which can include snacks such as fruit, sprouts, salad, sandwich, dry fruits, have 7-8 glasses of water -avoid more than 2-3 cups of tea, coffee if you consume more -do regular exercises walking, jogging, cycling for 20-30 min, also do yoga, deep breathing exercisesfor atleast 5-10 min in the morning. -drink a warm glass of milk before going to bed, avoid use of tv, mobile before bedtime, instead read or listen to music so that you fall asleep quickly -have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.

YOu need to tell her weight and check her blood CBC and TSH and inform and the cry canbe colic and if you bottle feed you stop it an feed with a spoon and breast feed. You can also give anti colic drugs also

Hello, Thanks for your query. I appreciate your efforts for medical consultation in so much distress. Codeine is an opioid compound which causes feeling of wellbeing and it is responsible for corex addiction. Opioid are highly addictive substance. It lead to psychological and physical dependence on it. Sudden stoppage of codeine lead to severe withdrawal like anxiety, lack of sleep, diarrhea and body ache etc. Which make it impossible to leave corex without help. Apart from that patient motivation is also needed to quit it. To quit codeine help of psychiatrist is needed as deaddiction is a complex and specialised work. For de addiction from corex following steps are followed: -Consent of the patient: So motivate him for treatment. -Motivational interviewing: by the psychiatrist. -Stoppage of codeine with prevention of discomfort or withdrawal by safe and long acting opioid compounds. Slowly tapering and stoppage of opioid compound over a period of few days. -Relapse prevention counseling. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. When Is the Best Time for Working Out?

Everyone wants to work out but is unable to find time to put in the effort. Exercise, first thing in the day can fresh you up but late afternoon to early evening is the best time to exercise, because our body in general and our muscles and lungs in particular are working at their most optimal performance during this period.

Tips for better workout

Working out at any point in a day is much better than not exercising at all. This is why you should not feel anxious in rescheduling a work out to late evening while ensuring a completion of your daily responsibilities.
In order to provide the body adequate time to cool you should finish working out 3 hours before sleeping.
Body temperature increases after a good work out session and having a bath for only about 3-4 minutes after a session can lower your body temperature significantly.
Abrupt changes in temperature are not good for health therefore, do not jump into your car or head straight to the shower in case you are feeling hot after a workout. Cooling down slowly after the work out can be much more beneficial.
Though you can work out before bed, it would be much better if you do not use your own bedroom for the purpose of exercising.
If you are working out before bed, take a deep and long breath once you have finished. This can help you in sleeping properly. Meditation can also support the same phenomenon because it lowers the level of adrenaline in the body.

Hi, Combination of healthy and balanced diet with breast exercises will help you in toning up the muscles of breast, subsequently slight increase in size! 1. Bhujangasana or cobra pose is an easy pose that can be practiced by anyone at home. It helps in breast enlargement in short time. To perform this pose, first lie down on your stomach. Place your palm on the floor and then lift your upper part of the body by pressing the palm against the floor. Half lift the body until abdomen and look upright. Stay here for few seconds and then drop the head on the floor in resting position. Repeat the position 2 to 3 times initially and then gradually increase the number. 2.Gowmukhasana or cow pose, this posture act on the upper part of the body. This pose has been found effective for breast enlargement. Start this pose by sitting in lotus pose. Lift your arms parallel to shoulder. Twist the left arm backward and try to touch the right arm. Repeat the pose similarly at opposite side. 3.Ustrasana is also known as camel pose due to its resemblance with camel. In order to come into this pose, sit comfortably on your knees. While bending backward, try to hold right ankle with right hand and left ankle with left hand. Lift the buttock up making an arch and drop your head down and backward. Remain in this pose for few seconds and repeat again for one or two times. 4. Vrikshasana or tree pose: Stand straight on the floor, lift you left leg and place it on the thigh of right leg. Now inhale and raise your hands in praying pose above the head. Stay here for few seconds and then release the pose. Repeat in same way on the opposite side. 5. Dwikonasana is another effective posture for breast enlargement. To carry out this posture, stand straight with the feet apart. Then take the hands at the back and lock together. Slowly bend the upper part of the body forwards and lift the locked arms simultaneously. Stay in this pose for 20 to 30 seconds and then release the pose. Repeat it 2 to 3 times. Massaging the breasts with olive oil or almond oil (lukewarm) daily in circular motion will also help. Medication: Sabal Serrulata Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day for 4 weeks first, then get back to me.

I got a query, if my body fat ratio is 16.2, it comes under normal then how could I've fat in my lower belly.
It is normal to have some fat of belly. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Excessive mb is not good. Once in a while is okay. Try to control ejaculation during mb rather than exciting yourself and ejaculating quickly.
