If cold n cough is without fever n there is no involvement of lung and baby is active, just saline nasal drops 4-5 times in a day is sufficient.

U have to continue the treatment if you expect good results. I am starting here but its not all you have to continue to get a consistent result. Take german reckeweg belladona 200 single dose in morning./ 7 days. Mixed fruit juice daily. Report me after 7 days.

Pain in the arm can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities or injury of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the arm can all result in pain. Arm pain may be the result of referred pain from another part of the body. Please go to a physiotherapist to assess and treat the underlying condition. If pain is caused by an activity, modify or stop the activity. Rest the arm and resume activity gradually. Monitor the response to the activity. Pain experienced in the right arm is usually not serious, but when it is coupled with other symptoms like pain in the leg or tightness of the chest, it may be more serious. Try some home remedies: ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the painful area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Apply heat and begin gentle exercise with the aid of moist heat to help restore and maintain flexibility. Some experts recommend alternating between heat and cold treatments. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Do not massage the area if it causes pain. Do not smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your arm pain. Best wishes.

Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

-reduce calorie intake by 25%. -sugar and oil need to be a oiled mainly. -eat light dinner, and have it 3 hours before sleeping. -workout, do cardio for 30 minutes everyday. -do 30 minutes of stretching, abs and other exercises everyday. Take more protein and less carbs.

normally pain generally occurs due to calcium defeciency. Do exercises and increase the dose of calcium and vitamin d if defecient.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis

lybrate-user, Looking at the thyroid report, TSH is low (0.10), so you can reduce the dose by 12.5 mcg per day (to 87.5 mcg). Then check TSH after 6 weeks if it has been able to maintain TSH in desired range (3 to 4 mU/L). Thanks.

Dental pain n infections need definitive treatment n intervention by dentist. Medicines alone can't treat majority of dental infections. Visit your dentist at earliest n get your teeth evaluated to locate the cause of your problem n get treated accordingly. Avoid self medications. Many dental infections subside only after simultaneous intervention by dentist while your on medications.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Regular exercise, low fat and low carb diet, weight regulations are measures to control blood cholesterol.

I am 26 and self-employed. I have a really strange skin problem. I don't have big pimples but have those small boils on my forehead and on the portion around my nose. The cheeks and other portions are clean enough. I have gone to the best of all dermatologists but they don't really seem to be of any use.
