To loose weight u need to do regular exercise, that may b yoga, brisk walk, aerobics, swimming etc. Along with this dietary restrictions r must, avoid oily, fried food, fast food, junk food,sweets,canned food. Avoid night watching. Drink 3-4 lit of water daily. Increase fibre content of ur meals, include a bowl of salad and curd to it. To get in shape, u need to focus on that particular area, ie u need a abs workout. Homoeopathic medicine will help u to loose weight, follow my advice and for medicines consult privately. TC

Hi My husband who is 28 years is having pain and swelling in the foot with difficulty in walking! He has had that in past as well and was diagnosed with high uric acid levels! The recent test says the levels to be 8.5 Now he is on medication but the pain has not subsided! What can be done to normalise uric acid levels or will he hav to take the medication on a regular basis as suggested by the doctor? The remedy is to take all those medications which your doctor has already prescribed. This condition comes in episodes. Whenever the attack comes it has to be treated with medicines. Along with that patient has to refrain from foods high in purines like red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods particularly fishes like sardines, scallops, herring, haddock, salmon, trout, mushrooms and mussels. Apply Avocado to Get Rid of Frizzy Hair Choose a ripe avocado. Mix the avocado with coconut oil and mash them together. Place the paste on the hair and leave it there for about half an hour. Do you normal routine of using shampoo and conditioner afterwards. Do this twice a week.

Symptoms of malaria 1. Intermittent high fever with chills 2. Profuse sweating 3. Headache, fatigue 4. Nausea, vomiting 5. Diarrhea 6. Anemia7. Enlarged spleen if you are suffering from fever 1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

I am 36 years with average weight of 74 kg and do regular exercise. 3 months ago I had anxiety attacks and that followed with hyperacidity and than since I had stop my beer habit, I went into mild depression. All this happened in the last three months. But the most I am worried about is acidity and Gas. Because I took three Ecgs as my chest was in pain. But doctors ruled out any heart issues. Now again I am in trouble with the chest burn and that radiation goes to my left shoulder to my left wrist sometimes. But when I have a deep burp it kind of relaxes. Is it all related or I should be worried about any heart issues. How should I get treated ?

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. I suggest anger management therapy. Take care.

There is always a little curvature into the Penis either to the right or left or up or down.This is natural because there are no bones​and muscles in the Penis. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.
