Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Its important not to ignore pain as you are descibing. As you are having repeated episodes you may be having some specific diagnosis for which more than pain killer may be required. Although with description it resembles migraine but do you have any inducing or relieving factors. Or any other symptoms with pain. Which pain killer you taake And how soon it responds to painkiller you take. However may I suggest you to still screen for glaucoma as this is one of not so uncommon sequelae of eye injury as might be in your case.

I'm really annoyed with this problem of misophonia since childhood. Now the problem seems escalating with me trying to not socialize much due to these annoying sounds of someone chewing something or biting nails. It becomes unavoidable sometimes to isolate yourself. 1st go for opg xray and show it to your oral surgeon some times jaw not displaced but there is hairline fracture. Or tmj dispacement which causes problem in chewing do not take it lightly.

I am actually not so strong as I don't get proper food since I am outside from home (in the government hostel) from 6th class till today as a second year engineering student so my parents always say me that you are not eating properly. But I think that I am not getting proper food so I don't have the mental strength that my age should have. Please suggest me proper idea about my problem and what are the possible reason and what way I can handle it like by eating fruits and many more. Mr. lybrate-user this is the problem of most of student they face this problem. I suggest you following measure toovercome this problem 1.Don't take stress and startremaining happy all the time you should devlop feelings that you are not ill because you are not ill. 2. Go for Morning walk daily. 3. Take 2 glass of luke warm water before going for walk daily. 4. Do Mild excercise with meditation for 30 minutes daily. 5. Take sprout in your breakfast daily oats one fruit like apple milk 200mi daily. 6.Avoid oily spicy junk food and processed food totally 7. Avoid dairy product except curd 8. Take plenty of green vegetables ,salad including cucumber ,carrot, boiled brokly, and fruits. 9 high protein diet like soyabeen products 10 whole wheat i.e. Wheat flour mixed eith Bran (Chokar) 11. Take plenty of water. Whole day 12. Follow thumb rule of early rise and early sleep. 13. Go for sleep after 1 hour of lunch. 14. Avoid excess of tea and coffe 15. NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHAL, NO TOBACCHO CHEWING. 15. AVOID COLD DRING ABSOUTLY.

You might have a wonderful morning routine to keep you healthy. However, do you know what really determines health is also your bed time routine? Each night you end one day and stand at the brink of starting a new one. It is therefore crucial how you organize your bed time.

Here are 7 things to adopt for your bed time-

1) Plan for next day: Preparing in advance always gives you more time and leaves you stress free. Things like looking for keys, deciding what to wear etc make you late and add to your morning stress. Prepare also for breakfast or what to cook the next day. Planning at night doesnt take much time and makes your next day start on a good note.

2) Shut out the buzz: Most of us say goodnight to family and head to bed only to spend the next hour checking Facebook and social media. Or you end up watching a funny video or movie late into the night. If you keep yourself distracted, you can't go off to sleep early or get quality sleep. The light from your gadget's screen can be harmful and stress inducing. It is best to give yourself an hour away from your mobile phone or other gadgets before you sleep.

3) Write a 'Thank-You' Diary: There are many ways to become a more positive person and the best is to have appreciation. Try finding out that 1 thing (more is better) that you are thankful for. Do it everyday. This practice right ahead of your sleep time calms you down, makes you feel happy, satisfied and goes on a long way in contributing to a heathy lifestyle.

4) Stretch it out: Like most people do you also have a job where you keep sitting for long hours? Stretching really works, it helps lengthen tendons and muscles and can reduce the frequency and severity of cramps ensuring you get a better night's sleep.

5) Try meditating: Our work life has become ever so demanding, we are constantly bombarded with information via the television, social media, the internet, friends and work which results in stress and anxiety! Few minutes of meditation before bed, slows down your brain activity which results in a deeper and more peaceful sleep. You will wake up feeling well-rested, energized and ready to take on the day!

6) Book by your side: Reading before bed is has amazing benefits. Firstly, it calms the nerves by eliminating excess sound and vision stimulus (exactly the opposite of what you get from watching television!). It helps you to wind down and sleep better, it also improves brain function, your memory and the thinking process overall.

7) Sleep is crucial: Foremost is to simply make sleep a priority. It is not as simple as it sounds. Sleep deficiency directly relates to increased stress, weight gain and productivity loss. Going to bed late and managing with 5 or 6 hours sleep sets a bad tone for your day.

Your happiness and general wellbeing is controlled by how relaxing you make your bed time.

Hi there is very effective treatment of leucoderma in ayurveda. Take about 25 grams of radish seeds and ground them into a powdery substance. Add 2 tsp vinegar and make a fine paste. Apply this paste on the affected area and wash off when dry. Vitiligo and leucoderma both are same.
