I have a pain in right heel. It generally happens after sleep or prolong sitting. This is happening since some months. I stay in Bangalore. Kindly someone suggest good doctor for consultation.

I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist. Use a spike chappal daily at your home. Do some stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams. Use a Heel Cushion while you're walking. Roll a hard ball under your heel. Take a bucket of hot water and do Hot Compression.

43 year old male. Having lumbosacral pain and symptoms of sacroiliac strain. Have taken diclofenac as well as axogurd for neuropathic pain but the pain continues - while bending as well as while attempting to stand /walk straight. Weight :50 kgs and height: 5'9. No other health issues and no numbness in legs.

Do some stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle, Hams,and mainly for Piriformis. FABER'S Exercise will give you beneficial effects. Also Go for spinal extension Exercise. Hot compression over the Painful areas. Avoid weight lifting. For better results consult with a Physiotherapist.

I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist ASAP You need to do stretches and Exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams. Do hot compression regularly twice a day. Maintain Erect Posture.

I am diabetic and I have back pain and disc bulge in s4 s5 and L1 and numbness in right leg lower please suggest what can I do.

There are lots of stretches and exercises available that you need to do in a regular basis. Electro Therapeutic modalities also improve your condition. So I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist ASAP. I think there is a need of Spinal Orthotics.

It seems to be Muscular Pain. Its very common nowadays. No need to worry. Do some stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams Also with paraspinal muscles of back. Do Hot Compression over the Painful areas twice a day.

I am 32 years old female suffering from backache now and then from the day I got done caesarean, 4 years back. At the area where spinal anaesthesia was given is very painful. Pain comes if I stand for too long and stress during work. Subsides on taking rest.

Do some stretches and exercises for your Trapesius and Sternocleidomastoid Do Retraction exercise regularly. Do Hot Compression over the Painful areas of your neck. There are other different stretches and exercises available that you need to do in a daily basis with Electro Therapeutic Modalities. So I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist ASAP.
