Use cetaphil cleansing lotion as face wash. And apply epilyno cream for dryness. Apply this as and when reqd.

Use 5% regaine lotion - 1 ml to apply twice daily over dry scalp with fingers. Continue for 4 months. Wash your fingers after application.
