4 Tips to Handle Depression

4 Tips to Handle Depression

Sometimes everything around you seems to be all blue. Depression can make you feel like you are drowning deep into sadness while everyone else is out on the surface, breathing the air of happiness. It becomes extremely difficult for you to get along with everything going on around you. Depression can wreck you and squeeze every ounce of happiness out of you. But it is extremely important for you to able to deal with it and start living a normal happy life again. It is extremely important for you to get a grip of your depression so that you can move on from it.

Here are a few tips on how you can handle it:

  1. Believe you are not lonely: It is very easy to think that you are all alone in the pit of depression when you are depressed. But you have to remember that you are not lonely. What usually happens is you isolate yourself thinking that it will be extremely stressful if you have to share your depression with anyone else. You have to get rid of the feeling that apart from you, everyone else is extremely happy; because that is incorrect. Every person has been depressed and disturbed at one point of time. They are happy now because they overcame their depression. That is what you have to learn from them and do. Acknowledge that they are concerned about you.
  2. Talk: This is very important if you want to let go of your depression. Talk it out with a therapist or a friend or anyone you are comfortable with. Know that they will hear whatever you have to say. All you have to do is speak. Talk about everything which is affecting you; talk about why you are depressed, about what you want to do. Talking will help you get some closure and insight.
  3. Cry: Cry it out. It is better out than it is inside. Find a private, convenient place and cry your heart out. It will make you feel lighter and will take a burden off your heart.
  4. Succumb to art: Whether that is painting, writing poetry, or playing music, any kind of art will help you bring your thoughts out. It is believed that depression and creativity usually go hand in hand. Utilize your condition to the fullest and you will be surprised to get a masterpiece out of it.

You have to remember that being depressed is just a phase. You will eventually be able get the upper hand on it and live a happy life.

Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc). Medication: take staphysagria 200 and alfaalfa tonic - both twice daily for 3 weeks.

Your hair fall may be due to - dandruff, hereditary, poisonous substances in the eatables, harmful shampoos/soaps, lack of proper nutrients etc. Stop use of any soap or shampoo on the head. Start washing head by pressurised stream of running water. Apply Arnica Hair oil of SBL co. On the head but very gently without any pressure. Vigorous rubbing will break the hair since roots become weak. Consult an highly experienced & HIGHLY QUALIFIED Homoeopathic Expert for proper Homoeopathic treatment along with the above advice।

Hi, it seems your headache episodes most probably stem from your dietary/ lifestyle irregularities. I would first and foremost advise you to not take combiflam on your own without due doctor consultation/ recommendation as it may have serious side-effects and may worsen your issues still. At the same time, should you feel that your headache is increasing day by day and is simply intolerable, do not hesitate to meet up a general physician/ medicine specialist in person. In general, however, do streamline your diet and avoid sweet, oily and fried stuff. Consume more of fresh fruits & vegetables and stay hydrated, drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily. Streamline your lifestyle, exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, and try reducing your stress levels at work and also at home. Remember that relaxation is equally important and a good quality sleep, for at least 6 - 8 hours depending on your exertion levels, is a must for the upkeep of your overall heath. Hope this helps. You may connect with me in private to discuss and come up with a naturopathic treatment plan that suits you in particular and gives you a long lasting relief from your chronic issues. All the very best.

I am 27 years old, half my hair is grey. Can I have black hair naturally?

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hair fall is the quite common problem in all ages. Homoeopathy is the best way to stop hair fall. Bette to do this one; curry leaves are more effective for gray hairs. Boil the leaves in coconut oil and strain, let the oil cool down and massage onto hair, leave 15-20 mins and wash with lukewarm water. How long are you suffering from this problem?
