Relax yourself, check your eating habits and sleeping. Include more raw food in diet. Have fruits only in breakfast first citrus then sweet. Can think of taking some natural supplements. Ayurvedic meficines are available for thyroid. You can consult for that.

Respected sir Im 22 year old male. I have fever from last 4 days. At first day I thought it is good so I ignored first day fever. Take sanjivani vati 2 tabs twice a day. Take amrita arishta 3 tsf with equal water half an hour after meals twice daily. Take adequate rest and light diet like khichri, dalia, moong daal etc. Take mritunjay ras one tablet twice a day after meals.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and Avoid spicy food in your diet

I am 38 years old women I have back pain and leg pain for last three months what should I do?

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. You can go for following remedy it will help you natural home remedy using cinnamon and honey: 1. Take 2 tsp cinnamon powder 2. Add 2 tsp honey 3. Mix well 4. Apply on the affected area 5. Leave it for 10-15 min 6. Wash off with water 7. Do this 3 times a day this remindy will be helpful.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
