Pimples are of different grades. And depending on her type of acne, the medications whether oral or creams, will change accordingly. In general, it is better to avoid oily food, dairy products and chocolates. Avoid touching, scratching, squeezing pimples as it leads to marks which take a long time to go. Do not listen to friends and neighbours and try using creams that they have used. Consult a dermatologist instead and see what will suit your skin best and bring about improvement.

Want To Last Long In Bed - 7 Exercises That Can Help You With It!

Lasting longer in bed is something you never want to compromise on; as it may lead to self-esteem issues and a feeling of insecurity. Exercises help in building endurance and help you to stand the test of time. It also assists you in building your strength to power your way through the moves. Lasting longer also means increased chances of your partner climaxing.

The exercises that will help you last longer in bed are:

  1. Plank: The plank is one of the best exercises for core strength. In addition to your mid section, it also works the quadriceps, buttocks and the hamstrings. Increased core strength would mean you can try out various sex positions.
  2. Deadlifts: Deadlift is an exercise that works the entire body as it helps in building strength. It works the lower back, legs and the forearms to pack on size and build strength.
  3. Push ups: Push-ups are basic exercises that you can employ to build upper body strength. They can be done anywhere without any equipment; they are also good for your core strength. Make sure you do the exercise with proper form to reap the benefits.
  4. Squats: Squat is an exercise to build strength in the lower body consisting of the buttocks, thighs and the hamstrings. It also builds hip flexibility, which means you can carry out complex and unusual sex positions like the advanced crab walk. It also implies more thrusting power during the insertion of the penis.
  5. Bicep curls: Building strength in the arms will help you in executing positions like the “bodybuilder” with ease. Various positions that require arm endurance will also be easier to perform.
  6. Running: Running builds stamina and helps you lose fat. Make sure to add running to your regimen to increase aerobic endurance in the body which will help you to last longer.
  7. Bridge: Bridge is a bodyweight exercise to build strength in the lower back, hamstrings and the calves. Try to hold the bridge for a minute, rest for 30 seconds and repeat the procedure six times. Building strength in the buttocks and the hamstrings would make complex positions like the cowgirl a cakewalk.

Yes acne is a side effect of hormone tablets. Also if you have done clean up or facial from a parlor it can add into it.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds with rantac and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

Hello lybrate user tanning of skin is due excessive sun exposure to avoid it use a good quality sunscreen lotion while going out in sun. For removing existing tan use rose water and lemon juice mixture in equal quantity at night apply to face leave it for 15 min and wash with water. You can also use tommato juice plus 2-3 drops of lemon juice in same manner to remove tan of skin.

I am srujana. I have irregular periods .at present I am suffering from over bleeding. Since two months continuously. As I am married and I do not have children. I am diagnosed PCOS and my periods are not irregular it comes on the same date of 20-25 each month but amount is minimal but stays for 3 days. As it is like spotting I don't need sanitary napkin as well. I had sex on 19 th and my period comes on 27 in January. But in February and march it comes on 20. I don't think I am pregnant but can you tell the reason?
