Dear lybrate user you have reported in your complaints about hearing of voices when no person is around, fearfulness and feeling depressed. There are many things which I would need for clarification like the time since when the symptoms have started, any stressor after which the symptoms started, whether you started with depression first or fearfulness and hearing of voices first and many more things. I guess it would be better if you have a long conversation and discuss about your illness. You may get in touch for further queries.

Dear lybrate user, I am very sorry to hear about your loss. Losing your dad at this age and in a road accident must have been very traumatic for you. You and your mother are going through a very difficult phase in your life. Your dad's tragic and sudden death has affected you both, but in different ways. There is loss support and sudden increase in the responsibilities for you both. This might be causing a huge burden on you both and you might be feeling insecure and lost. At this difficult time when you are emotionally stressed out, it will be difficult for you to live life normally. You may need some more time to come out of this grief. It is advisable to share your sad feelings with each other and/or with your respective friends and relatives. You both need to talk about your pain with someone. It will relieve you of some pain and sadness. I hope your mother is on medication for bp. I would suggest that you both take an appointment with a counsellor, who will help you in this difficult situation so that eventually you both can move on with life. Take care.

Dear sir, there is any solution of hand job. Mind is controllable for that. Handjob has disadvantage or not.

Dear sir, there is any solution of hand job. Mind is controllable for that.
Handjob has disadvantage or not.
Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage for whatever reasons it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Dear Rohit, At your age night fall is common. There is no need to stop it. You mature hormonally at adolescent age itself. But economically and socially, even legally you are not fit for marriage. What happens to the semen produced in your body? Think. It has to get out. You are not married. So it goes out in the dream stage of sleep.Otherwise you have to masturbate and release it. Going to other women may be risky with diseases. So, accept night fall as a natural way of letting the unused fluid (semen) out. As age advances, it will reduce because of your other interests in life. Now also if you concentrate on your studies and learning many skills for your life, night fall will be reduced.

I understand that you must be going through a lot of stress and anxiety about preparations and results of the exams. 1. Sometimes what helps is doing school from a state board or privately and doing coaching side by side. 2. Prioritising your studies based on your interests and strong subjects. You decide which chapters you want to be thorough with, and which you want to skim over. 3. Studying smart is important. So make points, and use all your senses like audio, visual and kinesthetic to help you absorb and retain longer. 4. Since you mention depression and stress, I suggest that you sleep for 6-7 hours to refresh mind and body. Eat only healthy and well balanced meals. Avoid junk completely as it is linked to anxiety and depression. Drink at least 2 lts of water but no smoking and alcohol as it is dehydrating and puts body under stress. 5. You need to distress and relax by having a hobby, meeting friends casually and playing some sports or walking, or gym. Exercises help release natural neurotransmitters in the brain which help you relax and feel confident.
