I am very negative type of person. Whatever happens around me I automatically start to think negative situations which are not even possible like if someone is bit late I start to think he is in problem or there is something wrong.

You can try the following 3 practices to reduce the frequency of negative thouts. 1. Whenever you come to know that there is a negative thought running in your mind, just say" stop" to yourself. Do this regularly, you will get the desired result. 2. Wear a rubber band on your wrist like a watch. Pull and leave it as fast as possible so that you feel the pain, whenever you feel you are engaging in a negative thought. 3. We have to rinse the ink bottle with only pure water, pouring repeatedly untill it gets purified. Likewise, we can purify our negative thoughts by replacing them with holy thougts. Write down every negative thought, and write some positive thoughts which counteract each thought. You will see the positive results soon.

I think I suffer from depression I have all d symptoms I need to know wat can help me to feel better.
The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say" i'm depressed" when in fact they mean" i'm fed up because i've had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job" etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly. With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks The common symptoms are (few might be present in a person with depression) Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as sex, hobbies or sports Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort Changes in appetite — often reduced appetite and weight loss, but increased cravings for food and weight gain in some people Anxiety, agitation or restlessness Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself for things that aren't your responsibility Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or suicide Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. There are so many reasons for a female to be lonely and less talkative. There is a basic personality trait with which people tend to be lonely names introversion. Stress, anxiety, depression, mood related problems, disappointment, irritation etc can cause a person to be lonely and less talkative. We need to talk to the person and find out what causes this person lonely and less talkative. I suggest online counseling to her. Take care.

Saif and Kareena Show How to Bridge the Age Gap Perfectly in Relationships

Saif and Kareena Show How to Bridge the Age Gap Perfectly in Relationships

Saif and Kareena show you how to bridge the age gap perfectly in relationships

There’s a lot to learn from the love story of the 10th Nawab of Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan, and the Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor. Despite the 13 year age gap between them, the two have a very strong and mature relationship. So what keeps the two sticking together through thick and thin? Here’s how Saif and Kareena have bridged the age gap to emerge as a powerful couple.

1. They know that age is just a number

For Saif and Kareena the 13 year difference is not an issue. They know that what matters in the end is not how old you are but the kind of personality you have. Both Saif and Kareena have a mature personality, and they gel perfectly well with each other. This is the reason why they are able to connect and maintain a strong and healthy relationship.

2. They care about each other’s family

Kareena has a very strong relationship with Sharmila Tagore, Saif’s mother. Not only that, Kareena has also made sure she is on good terms with Saif’s children from his previous marriage as well. Accepting each other’s family and past is a very important step in making a relationship work. Not only that, their families act as a support group for them, which helps them going on despite the difference of years between them.

3. They share common interests

Another thing that makes their relationship work is the fact that they share several common interests, which help them in coming closer and making their bond stronger. Saif and Kareena often go on trips together, attend cricket matches together and make it a point to go out for regular romantic dinner dates.

4. They respect each others’ views

Nothing could be more important in a relationship than respecting each other’s decisions. The Pataudi family tradition had women changing to Islam after marriage, with even Sharmila Tagore converting after her marriage. However, Kareena did not want to, and Saif fully supported her decision. Even their marriage ceremony was a  mishmash of their differing religions. So, if you want your relationship to work, be very open and accepting of each other’s differences and views.

Hello lybrate-user, take a home pregnancy test. You can buy it from any chemist store, as soon as possible. If it is negative then there is nothing to worry about. Just relax and avoid stress for some days, using contraceptive pills can also cause disturbance in periods. Hope this helps.

Sir /Madam,
I am suffering shaking in my body shaking hands and also suffering low power to control confidence.
Dear Lybrate user, Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. I need to know more about your anxiety so that I will be able to diagnose it properly and provide you tips to overcome and manage your anxiety. Take care.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Neurologist,
Parkinson's disease-KAMPAVATA
(A Neurological Disorder)
Parkinson's disease is a neurological disease, or brain disorder, that leads to progressive difficulty with balance and coordination. In people who have Parkinson's disease, nerve cells in a region of the brain known as the substantia nigra become damaged or die. These cells are important because they produce the chemical dopamine, which helps to coordinate body movement-basal ganglia.
When dopamine-producing cells degenerate/die, the areas in the brain that control movement can no longer function properly, and symptoms of Parkinson's disease eventually develop.
Parkinson?s Disease Prevalence:-
Parkinson's disease can affect anyone, but it most often occurs in people who are over the age of 50. Only 15 percent of Parkinson's disease patients are diagnosed before they are 50 years old.
The prevalence of Parkinson's disease is nearly the same in both men and women, and recovery rate is more in men. People with a family history of Parkinson's may have a higher risk of developing the disease, but Parkinson's disease is rarely attributed to genetics alone.
Parkinson's Disease Symptoms
Symptoms of Parkinson's disease usually develop after about 80 percent of the brain's dopamine-producing cells are lost. The Main symptoms of Parkinson's disease include:
? Tremors(Kampam)- Tremulousness (uncontrolled shaking or trembling) of the hands, arms, legs, face, body is often one of the first indicators of Parkinson's disease.
? Rigidity. Profound stiffness or an inability to easily move the arms, legs, and trunk, pain and stiffness on neck muscles is another hallmark of Parkinson's.
? Bradykinesia:- describes the unnaturally slow movements that are characteristic of people with Parkinson's disease.
? Poor balance- Parkinson's disease affects balance, leading to difficulty walking and impaired coordination.
The symptoms of Parkinson's are generally mild at first, but become more severe over time, until they eventually interfere with your daily routine. This is usually the point when treatment is recommended.
The Outlook for People with Parkinson's disease
Parkinson's disease is a chronic, progressive condition, which means it is a lifelong disease that worsens over time when it is not treated properly.
Each individual's situation is different, but in general, the first symptoms of Parkinson's disease usually don't require treatment and may be restricted to one area or one side of the body.
Movement of symptoms to the other side of the body
? Tremors that become more pronounced and interfere with activities
? Bradykinesia, or slow movement, that becomes disabling
? Difficulty with hand writing
? Impaired swallowing and chewing
? Speech that becomes monotone
? Poor balance and repeated falls
? Slow, shuffling gait (manner of walking)
? Stooped posture
? Facial expressions that become stiff and blank
? Chronic constipation
? Poor bladder control
? Sleep disturbances
This progression is gradual in most people, but it may happen faster in some than others. Understandably, stress caused by the progression of the disease can lead to anxiety and depression.

Ayurveda Treatment:

There is cure for Parkinson's disease with Ayurveda treatment, With Ayurveda medicines and treatments we can relieve symptoms, slow down the progression and then we can completely arrest further degeneration of the of the cells, thereby we can completely control and cure the disease. If you are diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, it is important to work closely with your medical team, so your medications can be regularly adjusted to help you remain as functional as possible for as long as possible.
As far as Parkinson's disease is concerned this is a brain related issue, so will surely effect the mind; so I recommend 49% treatment to patients and 51% treatment to family members.

This guilt is a sign that your conscience does not really permit it and it makes you feel guilty for having indulged in it. It is good that you have a good conscience but to keep doing something that your conscience does not approve of is unnecessarily troubling yourself. You need to be careful because porn may provide great sexual entertainment but it also stokes the desire, which will then lead to desire-fulfillment and that will lead to impulses. It actually objectifies sex to levels that makes you lose respect for it. Besides, the whole thing is dramatized to such crazy levels of performance (that is why it sells too) that you are made to feel grossly inadequate. It is really far from the reality, and these are exceptional actors, with some exceptional endowments and actions that you may even look at yourself as grossly inadequate and with disdain. After you have been stimulated you are left hungry in your groin to want to fulfill your desires, and if not met soon, leaves you with that raving libido, and it can goad you to do something inappropriate. In essence it spoils a very beautiful thing and reduces it to mere physical impulses. After some time you get disgusted when you have had too much of it; whereas natural sex will never cause that affect at all. If you have so much of sexual energy you can channelize it into activities, sports, games, and hobbies. You need to distract yourself when the drive is very strong in you, which may be so if your levels of testosterone are very high too. You need to socialize with members of the opposite sex and enjoy their company to experience the different aspects of a woman and to also feel the different aspects of sex and not get frozen in the carnal part of it alone. Sex has five different dimensions to it: there is the physical aspect, the emotional aspect, the intellectual aspect, the social aspect and finally there is the spiritual aspect. The latter may surprise you but this is where respect and regard for women and their bodies will come up to help treat them with value. If you cultivate these dimensions of sex I am sure you will perceive sex differently and with a lot of respect. Eventually when you are into a serious relationship with a woman, you will truly enjoy the whole concept of romance and being and falling in love with the real thing: That my friend will be a different ball-game. Do not play with a poor replica of sex, and shy away from the real person and thing, which are so wholesome. Night time might be more tempting because of the privacy and of being alone. I suggest that you make it a habit to go to your room only when you are really very sleepy, and crash into bed at once.

Hi lybrate-user, sorry for the loss of your near ones. Its obvious to feel down. Please try these simple tips to get out of it. 1. Acceptance of fact. Everybody has to exit, its a fact and has to be accepted. 2. Try doing the activity you love to do. Like drawing painting, games, or any thing which you love to do for hours without getting bored. 3. Meet different people. This will bring new contacts and help you to get busy. Do not remain alone. 4. Try to meditate. This will help you focus on the present situation of life.
