On my neck blackness is coming and it is increasing day by day what should I done.
Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons. There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Always remember there is no isolated solution for anything. If your diet or activity is not good then no amount of supplementation will help. So, improve your activity levels and your diet, only then supplementation will benefit.

Lot of things to do. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. You can use aquasoft cream twice daily.

Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day (avoid day sleep, and do head massage with almond oil before going to bed). B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.

would recommend you this home remedy do as follows 1. Take 60 gm kidney beans 2. Add 4 L of water 3. Heat for 4-5 hr 4. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth 5. Allow the liquid to cool 6. Hi acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. It is due to the increase of androgen hormones which happens at this age. They act on your sebaceous glands and enlarge them. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, so wash face with cold water twice daily. Eat plenty of carrots and spinach. Drink water. Understand that this problem will come and go till a certain age after which it'll attain control. White hair is related to many micro and macronutrient deficiencies. There are also autoimmune diseases linked to it. It can also be genetic. So, it's very important to get yourself evaluated and treated. Don't blindly take any treatment. Don't use any form of garlic, onion, shallot on head. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

Dear lybrate user, if you do not masturbate when you attain erection then you may notice the secretion of a sticky colorless fluid from your penis as your penis gets flaccid. This is called retrograde ejaculation & it is a normal phenomenon. But if you experience secretion of sticky colorless fluid from your penis as soon you attain erection then you are surely suffering from spermatorrhoea. Another symptom of spermatorrhea is involuntary emission of semen from penis while applying pressure during defecation of stool. This symptom is mainly noticed after stopping the habit of masturbation. Continue the following medications for at least 30 days to get rid of your problem of spermatorrhoea:- 1) take 5 drops of homoeopathic staphysagria 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q in a cup of water daily after breakfast. 3) take 30 drops of homeopathic mother tincture nuphar lutea q in a cup of water daily after lunch. 4) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture withania somnifera q in a cup of water daily after dinner. hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I have less memory problem. What I do?

You cannot have less memory but you could have a memory problem that needs some attention. You may be under some stress. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. Recently they have discovered that moderate consumption of red wine and peanuts do help.
