Hey I am 20 years old male and a 2nd year b. Com student. It is now 3 weeks I have done with my exams and all but I am not able to sleep properly neither I feel any sort of weakness. Not into drugs or smoking or drinking. I dont even consume tea or coffee. I tried to drain out my energy by swimming and playing other sports, but still no effect. I sleep around at 3 or 3. 30 am and I wake up at 7. I am very worried. What can be done? ;; (( I am not suffering from any kind of stress because I have passed in my exams )

Stop worrying, be positive in all aspects. Take bath twice in a day morning and evening, do exercise daily, meditation and chanting mantras. 1- almond oil massage of scalp-head daily at bed time 2- capsule stresscom- dabur 500 mg twice in a day with water 3- sarasvatarishta 15 ml after food twice with water 4 - khaskhas seeds-- khakra 100 gm + jayfal-nutmeg one, make powder, add 6-7 gm in 200 ml of milk + water 100 may add some sugar boil for 10-12 minutes and consume at night before bed report after three weeks continue for 2-3 months and report.

Causes of lack of sleep are: • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Caffeine, alcohol • Due to drugs • Due to high blood pressure. • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily. It may be due to anxiety and stress. Reduce your stress. Take a light dinner. Go for a small walk after taking dinner

Do take ust and laser therapy for pain relief for 7 days followed by mobilisation exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot water fomentation thrice a day for 10 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

If reports r ok need not worry. Take more fluids - water, milk, tea soups, narial pani, nibu pani have fruits and vegetables and milk you will feel better for medicine contact on private chat good luck.
