Hello, you are suggested to take following homoeopathic medicineas per direction----------- 1 nux vomica 30 one drop morning evening. 2. Aloes 30 one drop aternoon night. 3. Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello lybrate user, - any kind of stress may lead to this and bcz of harmonal variation mood swing do happens - change your life style and food habits that will make you active and happy always - have always food in time and which shld be freshly prepared home food - avoid outside food, cold beverage - go for brisk walk early in the morning - have very light food while going to bed - have a glass of warm water after every meals - avoid food which is heavy to digest like chees paneer urad daal curds - you can have triphala in the form of powder or liquid daily twice before food. Just do this fr 15 days. You will be better. Thank you.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Just give some rest to affected part which means to abstain from swimming till pain subsides, ice therapy will help in pain relief, anti inflammatory medications also could be used especially ones like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol or one which suits you. I was a topper till 10th class, but then I don't know what happened to me I was having lac of interest in study ,skipping classes ,fatigue, denial situation that's why my father is not happy with my b.tech performance, now he used to be very angry, and I fear to face his argument My mother is a schizophrenia patient I suspect my gf whom I love a lot, I abuse her, I get angry on such nonsense silly things Excessive sleep, fatigue, thoughts making me behave like a mad, self talking ,talking in mind, smoking (now stopped) Actually this is very crucial stage of my career and now I want to study but I don't know knowing all the bad future I can't study Even I am unwilling to study or lac of motivation to study Day dreaming Excessive masturbations Want to sleep alone I think I'm living in an imaginary world of thoughts, worry,fear about future ,suspecting my partner So what kind of disorder is this? your environment at home and the stress to excel might have taken its toll. Try to be like a normal human being and stop venting anger out on your girlfriend. You are fortunate enough to have somebody take the brunt of your unwanted actions. These days its easy for relation to break. so understand your anger and its cause and try to deal with it with patience. Talk to your dad, its normal for him to react if u were earlier performing better than now. Future is not in your control. Past u cannot change. But you can make your present better by better behaviour. try to have balanced food and have adequate sleep. No use burning midnight lamp ands loosing sleep. ur mind has to rest to get ready to work the next day. Pray and meditate for sometime daily morning regularly and thank Him when u lie down in bed at night. you will get back to normal...I am sure of it.

See dear if the pain is so much like ij legs also then you need a bed rest and do not be afraid of disc bulge as it is very common these days and good news is its totally preventable by just doing simple changes in your lifestyle like use stairs, drink more water, keep changing your positions frequently etc.
