Hi lybrate-user. To add more fruits and vegetables do these (1) add sliced fruits with yogurt or cereals (2) add more fruits and vegetables with every meals or snack (3) use mushroom or spinach or onions with omelet at breakfast (4) eat healthy breakfast with fruits and vegetables (5) eat veg soup or fruits at mid morning (6) reduce cheese or meat on sandwich by replace with veggies (7) eat fruit salad by using grapes, cucumber, apple, pineapple, carrot etc (8) when eating out choose vegetarian option as it have lots of fruits and vegetables.(9) at dinner also you can add vegetables like can have veg soup or other vegetables whatever you like.

No, you are doing a good job , spread the word to others also , side effects may be in diabetic ,that too if they consume too much honey , half a spoon of honey is allowed to diabetics also.

Hi I think that my weight is much more than I want as you know that fatty person like that so what should I do to loss my weight. You should have mentioned your age. Avoid junk food and play a sport to stay active and fit. Use cycle to travel. Regarding studies, the more pressure you take, the more you difficulty you will face. Be the master of your mind and concentrate, mind should not rule you, you should rule your mind to stay away from distractions. Understanding the concepts will make your studies easier and you will enjoy learning new things every day.

Tiredness (bodily or emotional weakness) and sleepiness typically go hand in hand. Though both symptoms are common and often mild, persistent or extreme cases may indicate a serious underlying condition, such as depression, weather changes, testosterone deficiency or a sleep disorder. Since fatigue and energy shifts are symptoms of countless conditions, so do consult us so that we can diagnose the cause and start the treatment. Till then take Gelsemium 200, 4 pills thrice a day for 3 days and report thereafter. Hiii. Take fatty foods. Take ,ghee, butter,milk, paneer more. Take honey mixed with milk in empty stomach in morning. Try weight gaining milk shakes.

The heat in summers can be dangerous. The heated summers bring along the medical conditions that need attention while enjoying sun-filled fun. Hi Lybrate-user, कैसे तेजी से घटाएं अपना वज़न? 1. तीन time खाने की बजाये 5-6 बार थोडा-थोडा खाएं: यदि आप सुबह, दोपहर, शाम खाने की बजाये दिन भर में 5-6 बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा खाए तो आप 30% कम कैलोरी consume करते है और आपको भूख भी कम लगती है. 2. नाश्ते के बाद,पानी को अपना main drink बनाएं: नाश्ते के वक़्त orange juice, चाय, दूध इत्यादि ज़रूर लें लेकिन उसके बाद पुरे दिन पानी को ही पीने के लिए इस्तेमाल करें. कोल्ड-ड्रिंक और चाय-कॉफ़ी पर भी पूरा control रखें.इस तरह आप हर रोज़ करीब 200-250 Calories कम consume करेंगे. 3. सब्र रखें: याद रखिये की आज जो आपका weight है वो कोई दो -दिन या दो महीने की देन नहीं है. ये तो बहुत समय से चली आ रही आपकी life-style का नतीजा है. और यदि आपको weight loss करना है तो निश्चित रूप से आपको सब्र रखे.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. 6) massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.
