Hello , you should take Homoeopathic medicine for acne.Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals , green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. avoid oily , junk and spicy food. *Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

My question was: If my fasting sugar was 107 and pp sugar was 103, am I diabetic at the age of 76. I never had sugar earlier as I got tested several times. My second question is what are the symptoms of diabetics?

These reports are normal. Only fasting is little bit high. If you want to confirm, there is 1 more test i. E hba1c which will confirm you that you are diabetic or not or even if you are pre-diabetic. The symptoms of diabetes are:- 1. Increased thirst and hunger 2. Frequent urination 3. Weight loss or gain that has no obvious cause 4. Fatigue 5. Blurred vision 6. Wounds that heal slowly 7. Nausea 8. Skin infections 9. Patches of darker skin in areas of the body that have creases 10. Irritability 11. Breath that has a sweet, fruity, or acetone odor 12. Reduced feeling in your hands or feet.
