Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

lybrate-user. Being a sport person you need to remain fit. Along with d moves also work on proper muscle length and strength. Take a balanced diet to meet your requirements that will help you to recover faster from wear n tears. Apply ice packs for little finger pain 2-3 times a day. And last but not d least do not forget to visit to a physiotherapist for adequate recovery and proper guidance so dt you can avoid further injury and excel in your field. Thanks.

it may be due to spondylosis and knee arthritis. do back exercises, avoid forward bending. apply volini gel and do warm fomentation. if not ok in 3 weeks, do MRI .

Hello as your symptoms you have fibromailgia you may have also neck pain too. Due to shoulder muscle weekness and vitamin D3 deficiancy you may get this problem so consult with a good physiotherapist. Use ultra-sound therapy you may get rid in few days. Best of luck. Its due to strain, tendonitis. So tk muscle relaxant medicine after food and do physiotherapy treatment for 5 days . Its serious. Avoid all strain full activity

Firstly you should take nux vomica 200 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one week. After one week you should start with five phos 6x / 4 tabs thrice a day for one month. Keep regular walking with exercises, at least, half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Take normal and healthy diet, along with liquid or liquid diet. Revert back after one month with feedback.

You may be having planter fascitis, morning pain is due to accumulation of inflamation, with walking circulation cause inflamation to wash away reducing pain, do calf stretch and hamstring streching exercises you will get relief.

My wife is having shoulder / knee pain. After taking MRI scans, they have observed little bulge in knee but none of the medicines relieved the pain. Doctor suspected vitamins defiencines and lab report also suggested vitamin d & b12 deficiencies. Pls suggest any supplements to remedies the problem.

. we suggest you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm We also suggest patients to do shoulder mobilization exercises ie. general shoulder movements/neck movements which will help you to improve the blood circulation.or knee pain you have to do the strengthening exersises .for eg 'keep towel under the knee press for a while count up to 10,then keep a towel at the ankle press as the same

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

LOW BACK PAIN PHYSIO BALL EXERCISE DEAR, 1…. The exercise ball is an exercise treatment option for back pain sufferers and is designed to help prevent or minimize further episodes of low back pain as part of a rehabilitation program. The exercise ball is effective in rehabilitation of the back because it strengthens and develops the core body muscles that help tostabilize the spine. With the exercise ball, also called a Swiss ball or physio ball, an element of instability is introduced to the exercise that one would not normally get in a floor exercise. This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
