Please see a breast surgeon. Pain is more likely to be benign e.g cyst, rather than cancer. Better to get examined by expert. They may ask for ultrasonography to confirm the diagnosis. Depression is not known to cause cancer but it has other harms on your health.

Hi, It seems to be hairy pigmented naevi. The congenital nevomelanocytic nevus (CNN), known commonly as the congenital hairy nevus, denotes a pigmented surface lesion present at birth. Management and treatment of patients with CNN depends on the lesion’s size, location, and propensity for malignant transformation. Procedures used in surgical treatment include serial excision and reconstruction with skin grafting, tissue expansion, local rotation flaps, and free tissue transfer. Consult a Plastic surgeon. Adjunctive treatment options include chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser surgeries.

I have black spots as well as pimples on my black. I used scar removal cream for 4 months but didn't see any changes. What should do?

I have black spots as well as pimples on my black. I used scar removal cream for 4 months but didn't see any changes....
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines may need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies after first month in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition.

I have melasma and some Brown spot on my cheeks . Please advice about laser treatment total cost and how many times I...
Melasma is a common skin condition characterized by brown or brown-grey patches, typically on the face. Though this condition usually affects women, it can also occur in men. Patients with a family history are more likely to develop melasma than others. Though the exact cause is often unknown, pregnancy, birth control pills, cosmetics, hormones, certain medications and sun exposure often trigger this condition. It usually occurs on the cheeks, forehead and even on the nose. People with dark hair and dark eyes and even dark skin are more prone to melasma because they have more pigment in their skin to begin with. It is caused by a combination of hormones and ultraviolet light. Ultraviolet rays are present even on a cloudy day so it is important to wear a broad-spectrum of minimum SPF 30 sunscreen every day. That is because ultraviolet light reaches the earth's surface and the surface of your skin at all times. Melasma can be treated by skin creams which can be prescribed only by a dermatologist after complete history and examination. If the topical creams do not work then we have peels, other local spot treatments and also laser therapy. A series of laser treatments may be necessary. It usually requires 10 or more treatments two weeks apart. Each patient is unique and requires a different number of treatment sessions. The number of treatments depends on how dark the discoloration is, how deep the pigment is and the natural color of the skin.

Herbal Tips to remove dark circles.

M.Sc - Dietitics / Nutrition, DNHE, P.G. Diploma in Panchkarma, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Herbal Tips to remove dark circles.
• Get adequate sleep and rest.
• Avoid rubbing your eyes too much or too often as it causes the blood vessels to dilate, thus making the under eye circles appear darker.
• Remove your make-up before going to sleep or else it may irritate your eyes.
• Limit sun exposure.
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day to get rid of water retention that could be causing the problem.
• To avoid eye bags caused by pooling of fluids in your lower eyelids, elevate your head by adding two or more pillows under your head before going to sleep.
• Pay attention to your diet and eat foods rich in vitamins A, C and E.
• Stop smoking and restrict alcohol and caffeine consumption; smoking damages skin cells, and alcohol and caffeine contribute to dehydration which in turn weakens the delicate skin around the eyes

Premature greying of hair can be due to various reasons. Yes genetic predisposition contribute to large extent in this problem So if your parents experienced the same issues and spotted their grays early, chances are, you will do the same as well. Apart from genetics it can be due to stress, thyroid dysfunctional, nutritional issues, pollution, smoking and many more. So get yourself tested for thyroid dysfunction (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism), anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency. And needful will be done accordingly. Also you can take tablet Evion 400 mg once daily along with break one tablet of Evion and mix it in maha bhringraj oil. Apply on sclap twice weekly. And also a calcium supplement. To manage so you can try these: 1.Reduce Stress-This is the first culprit. Learn to manage stress and handle your time. Take short vacations frequently to keep your stress in check. 2) There is an absolute need for us to eat right – pack in a lot of proteins as your hair and nails are made up of a protein called Keratin. Include spinach, dairy products like cheese, milk, butter, etc. If you don’t like dairy products, try low-fat ice-cream or better yet, protein supplements. 3) Quit Harsher Shampoos-Switch to mild shampoos and better yet, organic shampoos. The harsh chemicals in the shampoos and conditioner damages your hair. 4) Massage your scalp every night with amla juice, almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice. This prevents premature hair graying. You can also try henna application. Try to use paste made up of natural leaves devoid of chemicals. Hair coloring is also one option available you can opt for but always choose ammonia free products and of good quality.

Could I go to gym If I go to gym it is benigical for me or risky for me.
You can go to the gym only once the DVT is under control and you are regular with your medications. You can work out but should avoid leg and thigh exercises. It definitely is not beneficial.
