Hi Harish.. it is not possible to predict that.. By the way 135/80 bp is almost normal.... and no need to worry much .. just loose weight..

Dear lybrateuser, do not worry about morning erection as sometime our body &mind undergo stress & therefore there may be such a problem temporarily. Have a healthy balanced diet, do regular exercises, reduce stress by meditation, yoga, sleep well at night & you won't face such problem.

Dear lybrate-user Arteriosclerosis is a disease of the blood vessel walls; typically when they get brazed or hardened. Cholesterol is wrongly blamed as being a culprit of depositions causing blockages. Cholesterol gets deposited only in the presence of toxic free radicals in the blood. And this condition is also called Atherosclerosis. You can diagnose blood vessel condition with a Carotid Dopplar.

If this is the cardiac condition being suspected the it need to be get done the ECHO and EKG although it may be due to anemia too

Hi i am from Bathinda punjab, since 2014 I am suffering from high bp (150/90. I consulted with many doctors some of them suggested me some blood tests like lipid profile test, uric acid, cbc, thyroid test and ecg also but all reports were normal. I am also facing problems while sleeping. Is it due to stress or depression. Please tell me the real reason.

Yes it can be due to stress depending on you lifestyle. I advise you daily walk for 30 mins, low salt intake, avoid spicy and junk food.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . cap. ecosprin gold-10 at night.

you may do Lifestyle modifications next 3 months- daily walk 45 mts,salt less than 5 gms/ day,avoid salt rich foods like papad,sauce,ketchup,namkeens,biscuits and other bakery items,fast food and outside food...take fruits and vegetable salad s 5-6 times a day and kerp checking BP weekly...if at the end of 3 months,BP us same...you may need a pill

Hi it looks as if you did crash diet due to which these problems have started. Start healing yourself naturally now. No more dieting. 1. Start taking 3-4 fruits everyday. 2. Drink a glass of lemon water in morning and evening. 3. Eat more vegetables. 4. Take 20 almonds everyday. 5. Eat meals/ small snack every 3 hours. 6. Never stay hungry. 7. Eat proteins like a cup of dal, lobia, dried peas, rajma with every meal. 8. Take curds/ paneer regularly. 9. One cup coffee everyday. Do 30 mins of active exercise/dance/aerobics everyday.
