It is most likely constipation but we also have to rule out urinary infection. Try lactifiber 2 tsf at bedtime as and when required. Do a usg and a routine urine test.

I don't think that it is due to colitis. It is post infection irritable bowel syndrome. Avoid stress. Try librax 1 tablet 2 times a day for 7 days.

Most likely cause is constipation due to poor mobility. Try husk based laxative at night for 2 - 3 days and sos.
