I am 35 yrs old guy having cervical spontilises having neck pain left side left shoulder I have go through mri problem in t3 using medicine & cervical kit for neck but still no use what should I do ?

Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Lower leg pain with running can be due to shin splints or muscles cramps. Follow these lifestyle modifications to get relief. 1.Take adequate liquids, sports drink like Gatorade, fruit juices when running. 2. Stretch your calf muscles daily specially before running. 3. You can massage calf muscles and apply cold pack when they pain. After running apply cold pack on legs. 4. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting cross-legged. Change postures in between. Avoid running when it pains. 5. Take calcium supplements. 6. Take healthy nutritious diet. 7. If you are asking medicines like diuretics, statins, review with your doctor as they can cause cramps too. 8. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen when leg pain is present. 9. Avoid running on hard surfaces, prefer running on soft surfaces like soil or grass. For persistant problems consult again. If problem persists get your thyroid profile, kidney functions done and consult with your doctor.

It is frequently due to vitamin and calcium deficiency. Sometimes it may also be due to improper blood circulation in your leg. Take vitamin supplements, fresh fruits, plenty of water daily. Consult an orthopedic surgeon if your condition does not improve.

You must be trapezius tenderness because of bad posture. Took hot ya cold compression for two three days if you didn't get relief go for physiotherapy.

You might have sprained your knee along with meniscus get physiotherapy along with ice packs and knee support.

I had typhoid twice this year. Now I dont have fever, but my body is not supporting. I have pain in my bones, joint, belly pain, tension, also chakkar and behoshi. U need to boost your immunity. For that you should take good liquid and nutritious diet. Avoid over exertion and take proper rest at night. Avoid spicy oily and junk food. Hello, send me your all investigation reports if available. Till then follow these advice:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your bones. 2- avoid heavy lifting. 3- avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4- use western toilet. 5- wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Hi pain or soreness in the foot, that eases with time during the day, is generally indicative of plantar fasciitis. The first step you take generally after sitting or standing for a long time or when you get up from the bed is painful. As you start walking the pain clears up. Plantar fascia is a ligament that connects your heel bone to your toes. Other causes of foot pain can be rheumatoid arthritis, faulty arch, ligament tears, fractures, and gout. +wear soft padded footwear. +do stretching of calf muscles +learn strengthening exercise of ankle +take contrast bath at physio clinic. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform
