I am college student and most of the time I spends on laptop so my back bone is not very well so what should I do?

I am college student and most of the time I spends on laptop so my back bone is not very well so what should I do?
Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Apply hot fomentation twice daily.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Describe your problem in detail and do share investigation reports if you have. Best wishes.

My muscles ache easily when I stretch them in cold. Eg: When I am in water my feet muscles or calf muscles ache and causes immense pain. Same thing happens on winter morning. Is it a normal thing?

Normally muscle pain in cold water is due to the physiological changes in the blood vessels and if it is happening recurrently it needs clinical correlation.

I am 36 years old woman. I am suffering from cervical spondylosis from the past few years. My neck areas remain stiff. And when I study for long or sit at computer then I experience stiffness which spreads from neck to upper areas like nerve stiffness. Is there any remedy. Kindly suggest me. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn cervical exercises 3. Do hot fermentation twice a day 4. Apply volini cream before sleeping 5. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Fo stretching of neck, shoulders, hands, legs & ankles Apply hot fomentation Take care of your posture There is a possibility that your cervical pain has affected your lower spine too Avoid forward bending activities Avoid long standing While sitting your lower back must be supported well by a cushion or thin pillow Make use of footrest while sitting Do spinal extension exercise Do neck isometrics Use thin pillow while sleeping

Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. For best treatment please send an x ray image & consult privately. Till then you can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

I am getting testicle pain continuously, previously 12 years back ball hits my testicle, after 12 years I am getting pain, is it cause any issue. Hello, Prolonged testicular pain occur due to over exhaustion of the organ mostly due to to excessive masturbation. It later transforms into varicocelectomy or testicular torsion. It can make you infertile if left untreated, so do not neglect the symptom and start treatment. Medicines started early can revolve the problem and can also avoid surgical intervention in the future.
