Dear user, takeinferential and ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain. At home can apply heat fermentation with diclofenac ointment. Avoid strain to body. Do back strengthening excercises.

Kindly show me digital x rays of cervical spine. sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od do neck, back & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

This is called as shin pain its because of tightness of anterior tibialis, starch and strength of it. Use ice pack after walk.

There are various modes of treatment for this condition but exercise s in proper direction will definitely help you out. Electrotherapy like Heating modalities, I.F.T, TENS would not resolve your problems completely. I have treated such patient with better results ONLY with d help of exercises.

Please do a x-ray of the affected area first to diagnose the case. Secondly do hot and cold compress alternately till the time you get relief. Third take Mag phos 12x - twice daily for next 7 days and get back to me.

Good evening sir I have lower back pain and pinched nerve in right hip. What I do for it My age: 24 city alwar rajasthan when I cough, bend, stand long time, lift some heavy things my pain starts. Recntly I visited in isic (indian spinal injuries centre) delhi. Doctor said that I have muscle weakness in back because of my gym. Doc said that you only did upper body workout. Thats why its happening. He suggest me some back strenthning excersize and some medicine. I want to ask you he suggested me right thing or not.

Hello , in back pain, it is very important to strengthen the back and core muscles. Apart from that do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise. Avoid activities which involve lifting heavy weights or twisting of spine. Do exercise in supervision of skilled professional. Take care! wish you healthy life!

Yes it may be a case of muscle wasting. The cause may be related to neuro muscular. I advise you to consult a neurologist as soon as possibke.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. I am 56 years old, Female, I am having back pain and sometimes my legs will be paining me for the past one years, I went for scanning. Below is the details of the report Lumbo-Sacral there is straitening of the normal lumbar lordosis presumably due to muscle spasm from pain. Marginal osteophytes are seen on all the demonstrated vertebrae. There is narrowing of L3/4 disk space. There remaining outlined vertebral bodies, disk spaces, pedicle and posterior elements are within normal limits. Conclusion: Lumbar spondylosis.

Need to examine movements clinically. For the timing you can use warm water fomentation and few lumber rotational exercises along with some analgesic spray. Manual skills of a physio or kinesio taping would definitely benefit you. Also some electrotherapy modalities facilitate the recovery process. Specific exercises can be recommended only after examining clinically.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear lybrate-user, gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Hi. Backpain is a common problem. It is mainly due to bad posture and activities like bad reading position, bad chairs n bad bed etc. Stand n walk upright without stooping. Sit in a proper chair. Take 5-10 min breaks every 2 hrs. Sleep on a flat bed. Do exercise daily. While sleeping keep a rolled towel under your knees. Back pain gets relieved by lifestyle modifications. Do back strengthening exercises. Thank you.
