My hand shaking every time due hesitation, anxiety and depression. How can stops fastly?
Shaking occurs as a result of adrenaline. That makes it hard to stop shaking once you've already started. You can't stop adrenaline. You simply need to wait for it to get used up and control your anxiety in the process. There are a few simple things you can try: •Jog Running may use up adrenaline faster, and help you stop shaking. •Deep Breaths Breathing slow can be helpful for shaking as well. •Yell While you can't do it in public, some people find yelling loudly to be somewhat therapeutic. Some people have trained themselves to shake less. Drinking water and eating healthier may help too. Some people shake worse when their body needs more nutrients or hydration. But in general, the only way to stop shaking is to stop the anxiety that causes it.

Hi, You may have social Anxiety. You can overcome it with psychotherapy/counseling. Everyone has a little bit of social fear. Without it, you would never learn how to conduct yourself in a socially appropriate manner. It's a little bit of social anxiety that ensures we don't talk to dangerous people, or say inappropriate things to those we're trying to impress. Even the most social people have a small amount of fear in them, and that social anxiety helps them maintain a more positive appearance. But when that anxiety becomes too strong, or you start to fear the anxiety itself, you may have developed social phobia. Social phobia is a diagnosable anxiety disorder, and one that can benefit from treatments designed to fight these social fears. Start Strong Any time you do talk to someone, don't start quietly and expect yourself to gain momentum over time. Start strong. Those that do public speaking find that when they start strong they get into a groove. It's the same with most social environments. When you're out there, starting strong, you're more likely to get comfortable fast. Talk to Anyone You're Comfortable With You may not be comfortable in social situations yet, but you probably encounter people speaking to you regularly. Make sure you're always talking back. For example, when the coffee shop employee asks you how your day is, tell them your day is great and make sure you ask them how their day was. It's a little change, but it will get you used to talking. Learn Positive Thinking/Talking Social anxiety has a tendency to make people sound more negative, both due to some of the effects of shyness and the overall view of social situations. Try to learn to talk positively, because positivity attracts friendliness, which attracts less negative emotions. Strategies to improve positive thinking include faking positivity all day until you naturally pick up on it, writing out 10 positive things that happened each day in a journal, and spending time with more positive people. Get a Best Friend Studies have shown that those that know they're supported by someone else have much more confidence. While of course meeting people is difficult, if you have someone you like and can talk to, try to really bond with them. The more you feel supported by them, the more you should be a bit more confident when you're out – even when they're not with you. Exercise Exercise has a profound effect on anxiety, and is a valuable tool for reducing social anxiety. Exercise releases neurotransmitters in the brain that improve mood and relaxation, while simultaneously tiring out some of your body so your anxiety symptoms are less severe. If you're not exercising yet, you should be, because the effects on mental health are substantial. Keep Going After Panic This can be tough, but it's important. If you have a panic attack in a social situation, one of the most important things for you to do is get up when it's over and keep trying. It may sound strange or difficult, but fear of panic and anxiety creates more panic and anxiety, and leaving a social situation when you have anxiety reinforces the fear. Ideally, you need to get up once the panic attack is over and try to get back to the social life, no matter how hard it feels. Try Talking on Vacation to Practice Finally, while it's not a fool proof plan, a big part of the fear comes from being in a location where you may know people or see them again. That's why you may want to consider trying many of these strategies on a vacation in a city further away that you have no connection to. Many people find that they actually manage to overcome many of their social anxiety symptoms when they are far enough from home that they don't care about the outcome of discussions. See if you can possibly take a long vacation so that you're not quite as concerned about judgment from others. Social anxiety is a serious problem, which is why self-help for social anxiety is so valuable. Rest assured that social phobia is a very treatable condition – in fact, it has an extremely high treatment outcome. It just takes some time and effort to get everything going. If you haven't yet, make sure you take my anxiety test now. You'll get a better idea of what causes some of your social anxiety, and tips that can help you cure it. Consult with me for full treatment. All the best.

Your symptoms suggest depression or anxiety disorder. Kindly visit a psychiatrist. Eat well, sleep on time, maintain a regular day structure, meditation, breathing exercises, focus on the task, all these will improve apart from psychiatric treatment.

Increase the consumption of low fat dairy ,greens, wholegrain, fruits and vegetables. Avoid having oily meals at one go,they will simply make you sleepy and ensure you are managing your time well with your meals and studies. Catch an hour extra sleep at night, you should feel better.

I forget the things and don't remember it, what should I do to improve my memory.

Master in Clinical Psychology, Ph. D. in Psychology
Psychologist, Lucknow
First of all you must start to give positive instructions to your mind that your memory is good or strong, and whenever you forget the things while doing something and that stuck your mind so rather than give up go step by step back to your mind what were you actually doing and what for I m here to do. And this practice will improve your memory power.

Mam or sir I feel very lonely n stressful as nobody is there with whom I can talk or share my feelings.
Hello we all do face situations which make feel lonely, sad etc. Everyone need people to share their feelings and form connections. But its also true that we ourselves can bring change. For this you need to motivate yourself and promise yourself that you will bring change in yourself. You can engage yourself into some hobby classes like cooking or art and craft. As you start going there, you may start connecting with the people around. May be soon you find any good friend. Writing diary daily could also be good option to let your feelings out. It will help you to understand the reasons for these feelings. All the best, please feel free to give your feedback.

It is due to their fear of teacher and is anxiety related. If you want to help it is a very good sign as a teacher as the teacher has to see the overall development of a student and not just lecture them alone. YOu call to them to a private room and if possible, in your locale, take them to a beach or park and be very friendly with them and tell them you are there to help them as a friend and not to punish them as a teacher. It is time consuming but canbe simple in some cases. Please Inform me personally by this site
