Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with healthy breakfast like a king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat a whole grain. Switch from full-fat dairy to low-fat. Eat good and healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

Hye. Thank you for your query. The fat you can see and grab, the kind that hangs over your waistline, is soft subcutaneous fat. Ninety percent of the fat on your body is subcutaneous fat. While you can accumulate this type of fat by eating more calories than your body burns, there's a genetic and hormonal connection as well. Too much fat is harmful for the body. A diet filled with refined carbs, such as white bread packaged foods and junk, snack foods, is associated with increased subcutaneous belly fat. Thirty minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise -- like a fast-paced walk or low-impact aerobics -- most days of the week helps you lose the belly flab. Also, don't forget strength-training. You can't spot reduce, but you can tone and tighten your belly. While crunches and planks can help the abdominal area, include exercises that work all your major muscles -- arms, back, shoulders, glutes and legs is import for balance. Making the right food choices can also help you lose subcutaneous fat. Limit your intake of the refined carbs linked to belly fat. So, skip the white bread, packaged cereals, sugary cereals, biscuits, sweets and soda, and, instead, eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Enjoy healthy sources of protein such as poultry, lean meats, fish, eggs, soy, beans, low-fat dairy, and fats such as clarified butter or ghee, vegetable oil, nuts and seeds. Female infertility is not really a rare condition, it happens to one out of six couples. Infertility is a condition in which a woman is unable to conceive despite efforts. There can be a number of causes for female infertility, including problems with ovulation, uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries. Age can also be a contributing factor to infertility. Following are the reasons that might be responsible for female infertility

  1. Ovulatory problems
    • Cysts in the ovaries
    • Hormonal imbalance
    • Excessive alcohol or drug usage
    • Eating disorders like bulimia or anorexia
    • Excessive weight
    • Enormous stress and pressure
    • Thyroid gland issues
    • Very brief menstrual cycles
  2. Damage of organs of reproductive system
  3. Pelvic inflammatory disease
  4. Scar tissues or adhesions of some sort
  5. Presence of polyps in the uterus
  6. A previous serious infection in the fallopian tubes or uterus
  7. Chronic medical illness relating to the reproductive system
  8. A previous ectopic pregnancy
  9. A birth defect in the uterus or fallopian tube
  10. The DES syndrome where in the infertility can occur to the offspring due to the medication DES is given to a mother in order to prevent miscarriage or premature of the child.
  11. Abnormal presence of cervical mucus can make it more difficult for sperms to reach the egg.

Treatment
Now that the part about the causes has been discussed, it is essential to discuss the treatment. Are there really ways to reverse infertility in women to make them fertile? Well, in some chronic cases it is not possible; however, some are treatable by the following methods:

  • In the case of hormone imbalance or endometriosis or short menstrual cycles, hormones are taken to treat the problems.
  • Medications can be taken to stimulate ovulations.
  • Fertility enhancing supplements can be used.
  • In case of infection in any of the reproductive parts, antibiotics can be taken to remove them
  • In order to remove blockage or scar tissues from the uterus, fallopian tube or pelvic area, minor surgeries can be performed.

Prevention
Yes, there are some tips for prevention of infertility

  • Taking all the steps required to avoid sexually transmitted diseases.
  • Avoid intake of illicit drugs
  • Having regular checkups with the gynaecologist
  • Maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  • Exercising regularly
  • Having a healthy sexual relationship

Hello, take Berberis vulgaris Q, 15 drops with water thrice daily. Take Cholesterinum 3X , 2 tabs twice daily. Home remedies :- 1. The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar stops the liver from making cholesterol that is responsible for forming the most common type of gallstones. It also plays a key role in dissolving gallstones and alleviating pain. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of apple juice. Drink it whenever you have a gallstone attack. This will significantly ease the pain within 15 minutes. you can add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of lemon juice to a glass of warm water. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Doing this regularly for weeks can dissolve gallstones and prevent pain. 2. Pears can also provide relief from gallstone pain and other symptoms. The compound pectin present in pears helps soften cholesterol-filled gallstones, which in turn get flushed out of your body easily. Mix half a glass of pear juice with half a glass of hot water. Mix in two tablespoons of honey. Drink this juice three times a day for two weeks.

These are the methods to treat black heads - .• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores .Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily.• Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. For loosing your weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
