Hi, please, tk, d help of physiotherapy to get relief quickly. Tk, homoeo medicine, @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ colocynth 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ five phos6x-4 tbs, thrice a day. Go for meditation to reduce your stress, & to nourish your whole body to ease your problem. Rotat your lumber rejion clockwise & anticlockwise. Avoid, bending down to lift heavy weight, cold intake, nicotine, caffiene, alcohol, junk food. Tk, care.

Yes it can be cured by physiotherapy so I would recommed you to consult any physio and start taking physio modalities and manipulations to reduce pain and increase mobility. I have specially designed one program as I-care specially in cases of neck and back pain which I have pratically applied on many of my patients and received a very good result. The treatment include: 1. Ice massage - Take ice pain perform massage over the area which is painful and have swelling. Do “to” and “fro” motion. Apply it for 8-10 minutes and then relax your body for another 3-5 minutes. 2. Deep massage - Using your finger tips start kneading your affected area. 3 finger kneading or 2 finger kneading or you can use thumb also for kneading. Once done with kneading again relax your body for 3-5 minutes. 3. Now apply any pain relieving ointment like volini or oraflame etc. Do not massage with the ointment. Just apply it gently involving all the area. Do not penetrate it. Once done with application again relax your body for 3-5 minutes and start performing exercises. Exercises: Because of pain and stiffness your neck range starts decreasing so with the entire treatment program we can help you to make your neck mobile and reduce pain to live happily. 1. Position - Sitting Bend your head forward until you feel stretch behind your neck. Hold for 5-10 secs. And relax. Repeat 5 -10 times. Perform same by taking neck backward and then side ways. Perform the exercises slowly until a stretch is felt. Do not over stretch, perform slowly and gently. 2. Position - Sitting Isometrics: Infront of mirror. Place your both hands on your forehead. Apply contradict pressure from hands towards your head and with your head towards your hands. There should not be any neck moment. Instead an isometric contractions should be there in neck. Hold for 5 sec and relax. Repeat it for 5-10 times. Perform same by placing your hands on the back of your head and giving isometric contractions to make posterior muscles stregthening. Then same as with placing one hand on right side and giving pressure from hand to head and vice versa. 3. Position - Sitting Stretching - Bend your head forward and and then gently pull your head further by applying pressure from your hands. A stretch is felt on back of your neck. Same a stretch your side neck muscles. 4. While exhaling push your upper rib down with your one hand and then tilt your head and give a slight stretch by rotating your head to opposite side. Hold for 5 sec and then relax. Repeat for 5-10 secs. 5. Neck and back straight, keep your chin in. Hold for 5 sec and feel a stretch in your neck. Relax. Repeat for 5-10 times. 6. Lie on bed with towel roll under your neck. Press the roll into the floor by using your neck muscles. Hold for 5 sec and relax. Perform 5-10 times. Advice - 1. Use very thin pillow while sleeping. 2. Do not sit for long time with your neck forward bending. 3. Lying on bed and reading book or newspaper should be avoided. 4. If there will be any pain while performing exercises or headache stop doing exercise and consult physio right away. 5. Sit in erect posture without bending your back or neck. 6. Position your desktop so that it should be just infront of your neck you do not have to bend your hands or neck. You cannot do those at home. But try I-care program I am sure you will get a relief. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Of course mam, doing your periodical cycles try taking hot water, fenugreek, and if possible also eat 2to3 neem leaves in empty stomach. Take some proper good rest. Eat well. Try avoid taking outside food and oily foods. Take boiled food items. Follow this. And don't forget to do exercise regularly .

Avoid long sitting, toward bending, lifting heavyweight, long standing, do stretching exercise of spine and legs. Do hot fermentation if pain is there. Sit straight maintain your posture do spine extension exercise and bridging exercise.

Consult orthopedic doctor. Wear ankle brace for support .an x-ray be done. A short plaster cast for 10 days also helpful. Do not stand or walk on injured ankle.

The pain may be due to lack of stretching and as a result tightness and weakness of muscles such as hamstrings, calf and quadriceps. Please try to stretch these muscles regularly and get back slowly to doing sport activities. If pain persists

*poor posture is the major reason behind musculo skeletal problem now-a-days.
*sitting, standing posture.
Sedentary job posture is much more important. So be careful regarding these all daily living activities.
*take proper rest.
*do some stretching exercises.
*take plenty of water.
*walking has greater role to keep well and mobile to all muscles and joints.
*take green tea daily.
* be careful about good diet and bad or harmful diet.
One important thing do not ignore if any minor musculo skeletal problem is there.

Thats good to follow your diet chart and its better you too startt going in for a walking regularly and do exercises in morning session. Strech your calf muscles also and keep ice fermentation around your knee joint.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

I am got tested for Uric acid and LFT KFT about two months back the GGPT was 188 and uric acid was 10.4 I m taking urcosol300 and febutaz 80 for one months and 20 days the reduction in GGPT was 88 and uric acid 6.4 but im feeling stiffness above my knee area (left one) with pain in knee joint for that I m taking voveran plus with pen 40 only on sos basiswhen ever the pain is severe kindly advise about the reason for stiffness and pain in left side area above knee junction which got stiff or some time minor swelling and remedy for the some all other parameter in above test are well within prescribed range.

You should get an xray of left knee to look for any injury. Get vitamin d3 level and serum b12 level tested. If you drink alcohol kindly stop it. Go for physiotherapy if your xray left knee is normal. Lifestyle modification will heal you. Kindly consult an orthopedics with xray of knee joint left.
