When I walk all good, when I start fast walking or running within few minutes it start paining in calfs (Cramps). Please let me know Does it go in couple of days if I continue or Is there anything serious. Anyways it doesn't pain at all if don't fast walk or run (only when I fast fast walk)

May be your planterfascia (ankle muscle u can say )is tight, do strecthing first and keep ur foot in hot water, avoid wearing one type of shoes daily, keep changing every alternate day and walk on toes for 2-3 mins daily when u get up from bed early morning. this will give u automatic stretch.

I am 39 years old. I have injury in left knee. Mri report shows lateral colllateral sparain. What will be the remedy treatment for this. What kind of care we should take.

It must be investigated. Get a mri of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

My father 71 year old and have knee pain both most in right and less in left, he had some skin diseases of kharajvu in both leg from knee to ankle. Don' t want to surgery ( knee replacement ) give me some suggestion.

Hi, I drink alcohol occasionally, once a month. Whenever I drink the next morning I get pain in my legs, usually below knees. And it remains almost for the whole day. Is this normal? What should I do for this.

Stop drinking. It does no good. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. . Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It could be due to tendinitis at the attachment of tendo achilles, or could be due to some inflammatory cause. You can start with ice packs and anti inflammatory therapy for 5-7 days. Also limit your physical activity till your pain subsides. I am 26. From outside I am physically fit. But I feel sometime that I get tired from inside. Why is this. And there is always a pain in my neck and shoulder.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hey, I'm 20 years old male and I'm having neck ache/ shoulder ache for the past 6-7 months. I do some neck rotating exercises too but no use can be seen. This pain is troubling me a lot, sometimes not able to sleep.

Hi, I had a c-section in october 2014. Its going to be eight months now but I still feel pain in my pubic bones. Its not an ongoing pain but whenever I try to walk fast, stretch my legs or changing sides during night it will pain. Even its difficult to wear pants while standing. Please suggest why its happening and how to get over it.

I run 2 kms daily and do some other general exercise for fitness. I do not have any health issues other than leg pain, I did a BMD test and came to know that my T score is -3.5 which is moderate osteoporosis, please suggest what to do now, which doctor to refer etc;

I have pain in my shoulder and visited to orthopedic. He says it is frozen shoulder and advised physiotherapy. After receiving physiotherapy, it was ok for some time and now pain has come back.

You can take muscle relaxant drugs like zerodol-TH one tab twice daily... Do regular exercise for best results... Physiotherapy exercises for frozen shoulder are available on YouTube freely...
