Hi for kne joint pain take following remedies 1. Yograj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Maharsnadi kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner.

What is at the least risk of spinal cord injury. I have not met with any accident ever that included spinal injury do I have any chance of having a spinal cord injury?

No there is no cure for arthritis but you can only control the symptoms .or manage the problems .with physiotherapy exercise and modalities.

I am 39 year old and having acute back pain. After 72 hours it is same intencity pain. Today is 15th day while I lifted wheat bag.

Take rest. This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You will have to describe his problems point wise in detail so that I can understand what started when? normally at this age of 74, you can have certain degenerative changes in spine which can lead to spinal canal narrowing or pressure on nerves leading to these abnormal sensations. Also there could be an underlying cause like diabetes or some deficiency like vitamin d etc which can lead to such symptoms. If it is possible for you to send me a detailed neurological assessment (done by a physiotherapist) of lower limbs, and tell me about his co-morbid conditions, I should be able to advise you some treatment. Other Treatments May not work but Physiotherapy will surely help you. You Can try some other Physio as you have taken it from someone which doesn't work for you. But every Doctor is Different, also Continue Your Exercises when your pain subsidies. Avoid Doing Heavy Exercises as it only Requires Lite Exercises of Spine to maintain Strength and flexibility. Excessive Exercises Done by You on anyone's Recommendation will Increase Your Pain. You Can msg me for Better Exercise Plan according to your Condition.
