I have appeared in the exam of jee mains and unfortunately I can not clear it. There was only a difference of 7 marks...
Hi dear, Well done! At least you came so much closer to clear that exam! You are just 18 yrs. Old and started taking so much stress and tension in your life? It's just the starting of your life, long way to go! You can prepare again and attempt it one more time. Don't lose your confidence, just boost up self to acheive more goals in you life (but at the same time keep a balance between you and your expectations). Trying again in life is not a big problem as you will get many opportunities to prove yourself, don't be dishearted! Such a hard-working person you are, keeping doing hard-work, keeping giving your performances, one day result would surely be in your favour. Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor.

You may try some abdominal exercises but such selective removal of weight is not possible without surgery and that too if needed. Your weight is okay, just relax, like and love yourself, develop some hobbies, take good nutritious balanced diet, do some routine exercise and walking. If still unhappy meet an expert. You may consult me.

There is one person who can take you out from your current problems! that's you! do not get disheartened, if the life has taken you 3 steps back, then be assured that life will take you many steps forward too. Meet friends & people, develop hobbies; start doing new innovative things & you can join some distance education program also. Its a matter of time. Seek some right medical therapies just to overcome fear. The best therapy is to face it! utilize time in some activity, do not be alone. Start doing meditation, avoid late night sleep, do some fitness yoga and put 2 -2 drops either lukewarm badam rogan or pure cow ghee in your nostrils after getting fresh in the morning.

Hello. Sometimes these medications have side effects causing sexual dysfunction. Please talk to your doctor about this. Besides, you can undergo counselling to learn to manage anxiety because you will understand why you feel anxious and how you can train your mind to react with confidence and poise in stressful situations without becoming overwhelmed with anxiety. Your anxiety and sleep disturbance could be related, thus it is important to learn how to reduce anxiety thoughts before sleeping and instead replacing them with calming thoughts which will aid you to sleep. Your anxiety seems to get the better of you in bed as well. Again, a counsellor can teach you ways and techniques to feel confident and calm while having sex with your wife. If penetrative causes anxiety, then both of you can restart your sexual relationship with just non penetrative sex where you learn to pleasure each other through touching, caressing, kissing, hugging, love talk etc. Learning what pleasures your partner in bed and what are your pleasure points in your body is very important as it helps gain mastery on the next step of penetrative sex. Thus act also brings the couple emotionally close and is vry relaxing for both if there are few expectations and performance pressure is minimised. Your counsellor could also help you bust some myths and outdated beliefs about sex which might be making you feel anxious. Exercising regularly helps keep anxiety away and gain confidence overy ones body and mind. Junk food is known to cause sleeplessness and anxiety. So I recommend you to cut out junk and replace with healthy and we'll balanced meals.

From your physical details, you look anemic and this kind of symptom can be associated with physical weakness, especially at the end of the day, please do a blood test and improve yur health with the following tips; 1) eat at least 2 to 3 big portions of fresh fruit daily BEFORE lunch and dinner. At least 30 to 50 % of our daily meals should be fresh, raw salad, grated cucumber, beet, carrots, lemon, especially pomegranate etc. This will ensure you get sufficient vitamins and fiber in your food. 2) make sure you do proper physical exercise. If nothing is possible, atleast walk briskly for 45 mins or cycle for 30 mins daily. 3) Make sure ou have a cool bath before sleeping at night. This will cool your body and deep sleep will protect your full mind- body health. 4) Drink 1 to 2 glasses of warm water 20 ins before sleeping. This will protect your circulation and heart. Even if you have to go to bathroom at night, this will help. You are very young and taking care of your health NOW will make sure your future is happy. Best wishes.
