Take Tab. Rosutor-f (20 mg) 1 tab once a day after food at 8p. M. For 3 month. Then reapt a lipid profile.

Hello Doctors. I am having problem of High BP. I have consulted doctor and gone for check up of lipid profile, sugar etc. Every thing is OK. But, my BP is constant at 130/90 and some time varying 140/100 like that. I have also consulted Homeo doctor and gave some liquid to have it for 40 days. But, my BP is not getting normal. Please advise and treatment of this. Thanks.

Heart Stroke - Ways You Can Prevent It!

A heart attack is usually characterised by the rupture of a plaque which can cause the spread of the cholesterol into the blood stream. Cardiovascular diseases are a major cause of pain, suffering and death around the world, today. Heart attacks are caused by coronary heart disease.

This is caused by the narrowing of the coronary artery when substances like cholesterol block it. If not treated and revived on time, a patient suffering from a heart attack can meet a fatal result. So how can you prevent a heart attack?

  1. Cholesterol: We are all affected to some extent by what we eat. It is important to keep a check on your cholesterol, especially if it is on the higher side, so as to prevent a heart attack. Cholesterol is known to directly cause a heart attacks, because if applies layer upon layer to the walls of the artery, and chokes them until they cannot handle the pressure any longer. So watch your food intake and bring down the blood lipid or fat levels with proper diet and exercise to alleviate the risk of a heart attack.
  2. Assess your Risk Factors: So are you at risk of heart disease and possible heart attack? This will very much depend on your medical history and allied ailments. If you are suffering from high cholesterol or even diabetes, your chances of having clogged arteries and a subsequent heart attack may increase manifold. Also, you may have a family history of heart diseases which can increase the risk of such ailments in your case. So, it is wise to assess your risk factors and take measures like regular checkups, medication where required and even other measures like diet and exercise.
  3. Blood Pressure: To prevent a heart attack, you can also keep your blood pressure in check. Constant spikes and dips can lead to a malfunctioning heart which can weaken the heart muscles and lead to a fatal result like a heart attack. Further, high blood pressure can lead to wear and tear of the inner lining of your blood vessels, which makes it that much more difficult for blood flow and circulation. So keep a blood pressure measuring machine or cuff at home, or visit your doctor regularly to keep tabs on your blood pressure.

While these basic measures can help take care of the immediate and most direct causes of heart attacks, you can also avoid passive and active smoking, and indulge in a good diet with plenty of exercise to keep your heart healthy. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

Reduce salt to minimum. Reduce fats like transfats. Take some good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Take medicine but do exercise in moderation. Eat lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. If no relief with the group of medicines you are taking your doctor might change the medicines and give you a trial with another group of medicine.

I am 65 yrs old male, weight 87 kg, height 165 cm (5 ft-5 inches) suffering from diabetes for last almost 15 years, taking amaryl mp1, one tab. In morning, mostly sugar remains under control only morning fasting is 125 -130, post meals 170-180. And 3 months average around 7, 2 I want to know the correct diet plan for me to reduce my weight and reduce morning /fasting sugar level also for information I am suffering from other problems as given below suffered with heart problem 3.5 years back and gone under by pass surgery. Now on ecosprin150 mg, atorec 20 mg, seloken xl 25 mg, suffering from prostate/stricture in urethra- problem taking urimax0.4 mg.

no it's a good exercise. high bp is due to stress and anxiety, obesity, diabetes, family history, faulty lifestyle. a person who is 41 years old should continue with walking if there's no distress

Well increase of heart rate during sleep may be due to stress-anxiety, emotions, fear, increase in blood sugar, high blood pressure, alcohol ,also sleep apnoea, ventricular arrythmia may cause it, thyroid is also another cause, Soo you need to visit a medicine specialist or cardiologist, by proper homoeopathic treatment it is curable.
