Dear mother Try to change the schedule the baby's sleep routine by taking him out in the open and play so that he does not sleep in the evening .otherwise also slowly his sleep hours are going to be lesser in coming months.so donot worry .its normal Happy Mother hood

You are having pain on position you may be having muscular spasm may be due to overwork and exhaustion and less water intake required for the body. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises regular early.

There could be n number of reasons but the important thing to know is you have to nourish your body. Crashing your intake will make you further gain. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness. The size has no relation to the enjoyment or fertility. If you have a penis and it can be erect and ejaculate semen you can have pregnancy and women will enjoy the penetration as only the initial part of the vagina is sensitive and not the length The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

I have 2 major problems. One is I am suffering from sneezing problem for two years. It catch me for three day once. Oh my god it is sooooo irritating like any thing. Upto 25 sneezing continuously occur. Pls give any help for this. Water also continuously came from nose. And second another thing. The same thing most of us ask" how to reduce weight" Pls reply.

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and to reduce weight concentrate on exercise and low fat content in your diet.

The pelvic shift exercise is one of the best height increase exercises that targets and stretches the spine and lower hips, which is essential for increasing height. This is undoubtedly one of the easiest exercises for growing taller. Lie on the floor with your shoulder and arms placed on the floor, your knees bent and feet placed on the floor. Lift your hips and torso up off the floor by pressing your feet into the ground and form a straight line from the nape of the neck to the knees. Remain in this position for 30 seconds. Lower your hips slowly to the ground. Repeat this exercise 3 to 4 times. This is one of the most power packed mat exercises for abs, hips and thighs.

It seems you have developed a condition called computer viion ssyndrome due to working on computer for a long time. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. Also try to blink your eyes properly while work. Use good tear substitutes like genteal 4 times a day. And anti glare screen for your system. Use eyedrops genteal 3 times a nd zoneph 4 times a day. Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Papayas, mangoes yellow fruits nuts butter. Strain less your eyes.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, so to decrease belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily
