Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I am 37 years old. My left hand wrist was broken. Its ok now. Since last 3 months, my skin on the joints where fingers meet hand, has turned thin. Its almost like somebody do some labour work and there are some sign on their upper palm. Pls guide.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi, you should go for 30 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning. Take salad before meals. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep. Avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals.

See, don't focus on" I have to forget her" Because energy goes there. More you try about forgetting; more you will remember. Instead focus on what you want to become" Happy, Fresh, Energetic isn't it. So, focus on that with great conviction. Follow some basic tips. •Accept the reality: This is the most difficult stage. Mind will not accept the reality easily but, you have to do it. Stop becoming victim. Accept the reality and stop self destruction. You don't need to prove anything to anybody. Understand this and prepare your mind set. •Now stop having self pity and make your life interesting. And surely for that you don't require your ex. You are the only one who can make it. Do following things: 1. Meet up your friends talk to them, share our feelings and enjoy their company as we used to do when we were young. You will feel free. 2. Meet parents, if possible talk to them take their blessings. It works really. Surrender yourself with all your problems and fears, happy and sad moments to them and god or any supreme power you believe in. Surrendering is the most important thing in this process. It helps in letting go the emotional blockages you have. 3. Stop contacting your ex (of course). Always remember She was past and past is passed. Remove her number also from the personal diary and mind. Stop stalking him/her. 4. Have a faith that, you can do it. Do your sadhana (the worship and work) daily. This helps in increasing confidence in yourself. Make a commitment to yourself with a conviction about your sadhana. 5. Hit Gym and get physically fit. See, mind is subtle part of body. If you are healthy, and it will be strong enough to handle this stuff. 6. Play. Enjoy your life. It only come once. Trust me, you start living your life and you will find the way. It changes the state of mind. 7. Try you to pick a hobby which you wanted to do but you didn't. (eg. Music, Trekking, any Sport etc) In short get busy and stop living lonely. With consistent efforts, you will make it. Don't do it just by thinking that" I am doing this for forget her"; do this because you love yourself and there are so many people who loves you. You are surrounded with the plenty of friends, relatives and other human beings. If one person is not loving you, it doesn't makes any difference. Understand this basic and move on. Your love was not just reciprocated friend, and nothing else. When you will live your life positively, you will be surrounded with positive people and eventually you will meet a sweet person who will reciprocate your love more than you have ever given and more than you can imagine. You will get out of it slowly over the period of time for sure. And high time you start focusing in your studies. All the very best. Regards

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Do regular spinal exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor 4. Don't lift heavy things 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping 6. Use lumber spine belt. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

your stomach is heated so tk fluids lemon juice, ,chach, etc avoid medicine. do physical activity 14 glass water per day. do core strength exercise avoid spicy food.

Calcium is known for its role in maintaining the bone health, from keeping your teeth stronger to normal functioning of the cells.  But there are various factors, which lead to a deficiency of calcium in the human body and paves the way for several complications.

Here are the top three signs that indicate you are suffering from calcium deficiency.

  1. Difficulty in sleeping: Sleep is essential for your bone health and calcium is directly associated with your sleep cycle. The level of calcium in your bones rises and falls when you are asleep and it reaches its peak when you are in deep slumber. This indicates that when you are unable to sleep properly, it is a warning sign of calcium deficiency. There are various researches that have confirmed, that by increasing the level of calcium, it is possible to restore the normal sleep cycle of an individual. This is also related to the role that calcium plays in the production of a sleep hormone called melatonin. When the calcium content in the body is really low, this hormone is not produced, thus, making it difficult for a person to sleep.
  2. Difficulty in losing extra pounds: Yet another frustrating aspect of any individual’s life is the inability to shed off excess pounds. This issue is also linked with the lack of calcium supply in the body. The calcium that’s stored in the cells assists in the processing and storage of fat. So the fat cells with high calcium content burn faster, making you lose weight.   3. Paresthesia: Though this ailment is not much heard of, it could be a sign of calcium deficiency. Paresthesia is a nervous disorder, which causes tingling sensation, tremors, numbness and loss of sensitivity. It could also lead to poor concentration, amnesia, confusion, hearing impairment, twitches and other physical as well as neurological impairment. This is because low calcium in the blood is connected with the health of your nerves.

The deficiency of calcium can manifest itself in different intensity, ranging from the non-existent to minimal to severe levels. Chronic calcium deficiency can lead to life-threatening diseases like rickets, osteopenia, and even osteoporosis. Go with muscle relaxant it will immediately reduce your pain. Start send shock wave therapy for 5 days. Modify your job ; avoid strain on your back. If symptom not resolved it's time to get investigate.

Sir - go for a completer detox of your body with the help of panchakarma therapy. Regarding your sneeezing - wheezing - opt for ayurveda's nasyam therapy - this will greatly help you.
