I am 42 years old just recently started spondylisis problem. So what is the special precautions I should take ?
Hello, After having liquor in a friend's party 2 days ago, I went blackout. Next day I woke up with calf and knee pain. It has happened with me before but every time it gets self cured after few days but this time, I am feeling an increase in pain. I have also observed hardening in the muscles of my calf. Is this a symptom of some serious rupture? What can be done to get recovered at the earliest. Regards,

Good Afternoon Sir, my age is 29 years old. I met with a bike accident on dated 19.03.2017 in which my right collar bone had been broken into two pieces. The doctor advised to use a sling & brace for one month with proper medicine. After one month doctor said it has been connected & also advised not to use sling & brace. Now 3.5 month has been passed. Sometimes I am feeling pain in this joint. Am I able to ride bike now? How many days required to recover fully so that I ll be able to do all those work as previously. I request you to kindly suggest on the above matter. Thanks

Hi, when I climb the stairs I also hear a cracking sound in my knee and if I keep my hand around my knee while sitting then just moving my knee like a rotation it is like a sound or feel like using an machine without oiling it (means its like no friction within my knees). What should I consume and what are the precautions. Significantly what are the exercises to get rid of it.
I am 23 Years old and I have been suffering from leg pain and foot burning for 2 Months. What is the reason for it.
No one set of exercises is ideal for everyone’s back, but some general rules do apply.
Don't: perform repetitive physical activities the same way every time.
Do: vary how you do things like carrying a heavy bag (regularly alternating shoulders changes the load on your spine).
Don't: bend and lift.
Do: squat with your back straight, chest up. This takes pressure off your spine and helps avoid pushing out low-back disks.
Don't: sit—or stand—all the time.
Do: move around or take a walk at least once an hour.
Don't:neglect your core.
Do: strengthen key muscles that support your back: the multifidus, which runs along the spine, and the transversus abdominis, which wraps around your abdomen. Planks are great core boosters.
Don't: move in ways that feel wrong.
Do: avoid twisting and lifting at the same time, and ask for help with heavy or awkward objects. In general, listen to the voice in your head that says I shouldn't be doing this. You know your back best!
