Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Carrots are one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet. They come in various colours and sizes and are widely available all over the world. Historians believe that carrots have been grown and eaten since the 1500s. Initially, carrots were cultivated in purple, white and yellow varieties. The orange and red varieties came much later. Whatever be their color, there is enough evidence to prove that carrot is a super food and benefits of eating carrots are enormous.

Each variety of this antioxidant rich food, supplies us with surplus amounts of vitamins. Carrots are great for weight watchers as it is a low calorie food. Red carrots are sweeter in taste than the orange variety. Orange carrots are less sweet, but have a pleasant taste. Red carrots are generally available in the winter season, whereas the orange ones are available throughout the year.

Red carrots contain a compound called lycopene, which gives it its red colour, the one also found in tomatoes. Lycopene protects our body against free radicals. It is believed to fight cancer cells and prevent heart disease. Vitamin A found in red carrots is essential for healthy eyes. Red carrots also contain phytonutrients called anthocyanin. Anthocyanin are powerful antioxidants that can help prevent cell damage and decrease risk of heart attack.

Orange carrots are loaded with vitamins A, E and K. Vitamin A is essential for eye health, vitamin K aids in blood clotting and improves bone health whereas vitamin E boosts the immune system. Vitamin E, also known as a skin vitamin supplements skin and gives it its natural glow. Beta carotene present in orange carrots has excellent antioxidant properties and protects the body against oxidative damage. Further, they contain a pigment called lutein, which helps decrease the risk of macular degeneration and other age-related diseases.

We can find a vast spectrum of colours in nature, be it fruits, vegetables, flowers, plant or birds. According to Ayurveda, colours have a lot of significance when it comes to food. Ayurveda talks about the importance of colors in diet and recommends a rainbow diet for health, beauty and anti ageing. A rainbow diet is one that incorporates all naturally occurring colours in food. So, you could increase your health quotient simply by making your plate vibrant with colourful fruits and vegetables. Thus, eating different varieties of carrots could surely be one good way to include colours and a host of nutrients in our diet.

Raw carrots offer maximum nutritional benefit; however, they are also the simplest vegetables to cook. They can be steamed, boiled, added to stews, soups or salads. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

The orthopedic doctor has advised rematrix sachet daily for three months for building cartilage which has collagen peptide 10 mg which other alternative and cost effective option or alterntive is available .I found other brands but they have colalgen peptide 1 and and rematrix sachet has just collagen peptide written and is the powder form with water of collagen petide more effective than tablet form please advise

Dear, one thing you keep in mind that once cartilage degenerates it will not generate once again. But as all prescribed drug can maintain it. But if you want to stop degeneration ask the cause for degeneration to your doctor. In most of the cases, people have weak lower limb musculature and neglect demineralization leads to erosion. So better do not fall in confusion to know about these drug but go for exercises that will prevent further erosion.

Hello, If the diet is incorrect, no supplements might help. You should consume high protein,calcium and moderate carbohydrate diet. Do strength training and ensure you eat combination proteins at regular intervals.

What time is best for surya namaskar. generally I do avoid in morning because I do walk 20 minute in morning very fast. Then 5 to 8 minute jogging. .so I do not do surya namaskar after that because it may make hectic to me. I do in evening. 10 set in a 10 minute. So it is right way? Kindly clear to me.

The best time to do any exercise is whenever it is convenient for you. Ideal time is the time when you enjoy doing things which does not disturb your routine. These days fitness centers across the world and India are open 24 hours and people walk in for exercise even at Midnight. So goes for Surya Namaskar. It is an all round exercise which helps in toning, strengthening and stretching. You can do it in morning or evening, whenever it is convenient for you. Just keep a gap of 2-3 hours after food, so that you don't feel uncomfortable. 10 sets in 10 mins is a good level and you can slowly try to add 2 sets every week. That will keep you fit and motivated to be more fit and energetic.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

To make healthy body you should adopt a healthy life style.Eat healthy and stay healthy.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of fruits,vegetables.Use more protein in diet which will help to build muscle.Take nuts,seeds like pumpkin,sunflower,sesame seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Do regular exercise for better.Take proper rest.
