You are suffering from jock itch. Jock itch is a very common groin rash. Roughly half of jock itch is due to fungus. The remainder is caused by moisture, irritation, and bacterial overgrowth. In most cases, jock itch can be treated at home effectively. You can try the following remedies to get rid of the infection: 1.Apply over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area - our best options include Lamisil, Lotrimin Ultra, and/or Naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer Lotrimin Ultra which contains Butenafine Hydrochloride over regular Lotrimin AF which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown Butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch. 2.Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. 3.Dry the affected area thoroughly after bathing and exercise. 4.Change clothes and undergarments every day. 5.Wear loose cotton clothing. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 6.Treat any other fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence.

Hi, it's important to assess the grade of acne (pimples). If it's mild start gel faceclin a at night over pimples and marks. Dark spots might be due to acne (pimples) or due to direct sunexposure. It is very important to use sunscreen spf 15 or above twice on daily basis. First coat should be in the morning (20 mins before stepping out in sun) and second coat around 1 pm (noon). Stop picking on pimples and squeezing them to avoid marks and scars that are left behind. Splash your face with clean water regularly (3-4 times) in a day. Hydrate yourself in this season. Avoid junk food and oily food to avoid new eruptions. There are medical and aesthetic treatments available for dark spots and pimples but a clear picture of those spots is required for the choice of best treatment possible.

White glowing skin is a dream of all females and males which is a largest organ in our body that must be treated with a lot of care. The main causes of dark skin are - ? Exposing to sunlight for a long period of time, ? Lack of proper nutritional diet, ? Dehydration, ? Hormonal imbalance ? Improper production of melanin content and ? Pollution.. All we need is to protect our skin from further damage by just following some simple and natural solutions. ? Take a fresh healthy potato and peel it off. ? Grind and squeeze the juice from it. ? Apply the juice on your face and neck and leave it all over the night. ? Rinse with cold water in the morning. ? Repeated application of the potato tonic will rejuvenates the skin and improves the glowing complexion. ? Make a smooth paste with cucumber and raw milk. ? Apply the paste to your face and neck, let it dry. ? Rinse with luke warm water for getting soft and fair skin naturally at home. NOTE: Drink lots of water and fruit juices. Stay stress free. Do not expose to sunlight for a long time. Use good sunscreen lotions while going out. Do not forget umbrella or hat while going outside. Have a good sleep. Make sure of removing make up before bed? No medicine is still made to lighten your skin colour. But you may prevent skin tan caused by sunlight. You may also look fairer by creams. You may look fairer if you consume lots of carrots or carrot juice. Your face looks fairer after facial or bleaching. Girls look fairer after waxing. You may be fairer with glowing skin if you consume 1-2 kg of fresh seasonal fruits with lot of salad and cooked green vegetable. Crema like melalite cream or super glow whitening cream may look your face fairer. Melalite XL Cream is composed of the following active ingredients (salts) Hydroquinone (0.2% w/w) Mometasone (0.1% w/w) Tretinoin (0.025% w/w) Hydroquinone (also known as monobenzone) causes lightening of colour by inhibiting melanocytes. Momentasone is a topical steroid and prevents scarring and allergies. Tretinoin is a retinoid (retinoic acid) which causes proliferation of skin epithelial cells, peels off superficial layers of skin, clears pimples and increase action of Hydroquinone. Cipla's Super Glow Whithening Cream also has the same composition. Medical creams should be used when there are dark spots, tans and induced darkness or dirtyness. They should be used only short-term as they may ruin skin health when used for long times like 5-10 years. For regular use, use home made natural remedies like besan ka ubtan, turmeric, milk, egg white and many more.

6 Ways to Minimize Visible Pores on Your Skin

Pores are openings in the skin through which your body's natural oil, called sebum, is released.  They appear larger when they are clogged with dirt or oil, and are home to hair follicles. Dead skin cells and sebum which, put together, form a pimple can stretch out pores. Aging and exposure to the harmful UV-rays of the sun also contribute to the appearance of pores on your skin. Pores can be controlled with the right skin care.

Here's how:
1. Choose your skin care products wisely
Zinc and magnesium help to maintain your skin's oil balance and clear pores. Products with softening ingredients like rosemary and lavender may soothe your skin and prevent pores from stretching out. You should use products with salicylic acid as an ingredient since it unclogs pores, exfoliating your skin.

2. Maintain cleanliness
Washing your face temporarily stops your pores from holding extra oil or dirt. Exfoliating two to three times a week can also control the cropping up of pores on your skin. However, these are temporary methods because you will have large pores naturally if your skin is oily.

3. Applying sunscreen
Exposure to the harmful UV-rays of the sun for too long can make your pores look bigger. Applying sunscreen on the face and on exposed areas of your skin with SPF 30 can minimize your pores. Also, wear a broad-brimmed hat and withdraw stepping out in the sun between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

4. Treating the spot
Oily skin tends to have larger and more noticeable pores. Some areas of your face may be oilier making the pores visible. A clay mask can be used for spot treating if the pores on your nose, cheeks or forehead are large. Apply a thin layer of the mask on your skin and rinse it off with water after a few minutes. The clay extracts the extra oil out of your clogged pores so that the skin looks sleek. Using blotting paper on your oily areas can also be effective.

5. Maintain a proper diet
Avoid food that is oily and high in fat because unhealthy oil can agitate the skin leading to clogged pores.  You should eat low-fat foods like fruits and vegetables instead of munching on chips, cookies and candies.

6. Remove Makeup before going to bed
One of the biggest blunders that you can do is to leave your makeup on and go to bed. Leaving makeup on clogs your pores, stretching them out over time. Even if you forget to wash off your makeup at the sink due to some reasons, make sure that you at least remove it with face wipes.
