Mr. Lybrate-user, ayurvedic expert may give you a separate answer and suggest a drug. However, my suggestion is if you are over weight, then weight reduction will help in controlling fatty liver, plus dietary control. Thanks.

My sister has to get operated she has gall bladder stone who is best doc and which hospital is good and reasonable I am in C R Park Delhi.

Gall bladder surgery is a common surgerydone at most hospitals. Laparoscopic technique is the gold standard now. Choice of hospital would depend upon finances a lot. Corporate hospitals like max hospital, fortis, bl kapur, ganga ram hospital etc are good options. For lesser budget nursing homes and smaller hospitals are there. Govt and charitable hospitals also provide this facility at negligible costs.

The gas problem you have could be secondary to acid peptic disease. Taking antacid like Tab nexpro-rd one in the morning before breakfast for a week would help. Also avoid spicy foods. Take food at regular timings and void junk foods. Stress also is one of the contributor to such acid related problems. Find a way like meditation or yoga to get de-stressed regularly. Wish you good health. Dreams are normal. And dreams need to be understood and dealt with: - When dreams are associated with distress; - When it becomes excessive and frequent; - When there is preoccupation with dreams (as you mentioned that you cried before sleep; - When dream disrupts sleep frequently; - When dream associated with intense anxiety or night mare or night terror, etc. Usually dreams that are horrific or associated with aggression / violence - it may be a reflection of your underlying suppressed / repressed anger towards someone who is important / close to you. try to visit a good psychiatrist for better correlation and advice

Dear Lybrate User, *Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. *Drink warm water. *Avoid more spicy, maida related, dry, junk foods. *While suffering from gas and indigestion due to spicy or fatty food, having fennel seeds can help cure your problem. The oil contained in fennel seeds reduces nausea and controls flatulence. Dry, roast and grind fennel seeds to make a powder. Take half teaspoon of this powder twice a day along with water. You will see some results. *Buttermilk is a wonder remedy when it comes to treating indigestion and gas. It is easier to digest than milk and contains more lactic acid. Buttermilk is already recommended to keep yourself cool in harsh summers and its digestive benefits just give you another reason to drink up a glass of buttermilk
