No, it is called water retention, take less salt and more potassium rich fruits like oranges, lemon water to increase the urine output, retention will not be felt, avoid fats also as fats too require lots of water to get digested and some water is retained by the body. Reduce weight by good diet + exercise, it will indirectly help you to remain healthy with no water retention and no swellings.

Hi. If you are underweight. You need to have smaller portions but frequent meals have more of protein rich foods. Try having 2 bananas a day. You can also take banana shake. Eat chicken eggs paneer tofu soya etc. Have whole grain pulses too. Have at least 6 to 7 meals a day.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Your due date is calculated by adding 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period (assuming a 28 day cycle). Note that your menstrual period and ovulation are counted as the first two weeks of pregnancy. You can talk to your gynecologist for early delivery. Take care.

Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. You can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Your height and weight is okay. Doing Gym for health and fitness is good for health. Continue doing it. There is no need to take any extra artificial proteins. These will spoil your body in the long run. Extra proteins don't lead to better body. Muscles are not built by supplements. Muscles and strength comes from weight training which you are already doing. Eat natural proteins, those are best. Avoid artificial stuff. Strength is important. Bulk is not. Be fit. Don't compare with others. Be proud of the way you are. Be confident of yourself.

I am 23 years old. My weight is 56 kgs and I am 5 ft 11 inches. Gender male. I have lot many problems. I was in a serious relationship but its been two years since break up. I was very much depressed wanted to end up my life but I moved on initially but still the past haunts me. At times I feel depressed. When past sprouts up. A fire within haunts me. I feel like killing me or killing all the girls whom I hate. I dont feel like talking to any girl. I dont talk to any girl thereafter I remain alone I make no friends. ANd I dont know I have started disliking girls. I masturbate to get stress free as a result it gives me some temporary pleasure and makes me feel relax. But it has become a habit. An addiction. 1. See a physician - you may have some stomach infection/ worm ingestion that is causing frequent bowel movements after meals. 2. Eat healthy- avoid junk foods. 3. Focus on what you want in life. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

You can make your own oil my drying tem stripes of curry leaves in the sun and ther make a powder of it to this add 1 tsp of methi seed make powder of it too now take 125 ml of coconut oil and 35 ml of castor oil put it on stove let is boil now add the powders to it after 30 mins you wil see that the oil and powder seprates out and the oil turns green in color keep this aside for 10 hrs after 10 hrs seive it through a cotten cloth in a bottle and apply this oil regularly you will see results your self. 2.
