hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Hi, pregnancy depends upon your own mentality as per your accord you both decide and have your sex in ovulation period which is most fertile window. I love eating eggs. I normally eat 2 eggs per day. Is it bad. Or unhealthy. I have a little problem of piles. If I do not get enough sleep or get exerted. It pains or sometimes blood comes.

Pregnancy test can become positive 10 days after missed period if you are pregnant. The test may be negative if done immediately after the period is missed.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

I had an operation in left leg hip transfer in July 2012. unfortunately nerve was injured resulting in leg drop. Still not fully recovered. Always numbness or pain doctors send speptic nerve parasis. I am 60. Where plastic surgery helpful or how to prolong? Please advise.

1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Tips for keeping normal blood pressure

Exercise. One reason exercise is so effective at controlling blood pressure is because it stimulates your body to release a substance called nitric acid. Nitric acid causes blood vessels to open up, which reduces blood pressure. Exercise also helps to strengthen your heart muscle, reduce stress, and aid weight loss.

Lose excess weight. There's no getting around the fact that blood pressure goes up as the pounds pile on. Being overweight increases your risk for heart disease and diabetes, too. Losing even 10 pounds can start to make your blood pressure go back down.

Eat healthily. Eating the right type of diet can lower your risk for high blood pressure or help you return to normal blood pressure. Clinical studies show that a diet high in fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, poultry, fish, and nuts really works. You also need to avoid fats, red meat, and excess sugar.

Shake the salt habit. Your body only needs about 500 milligrams of salt a day, but if you are like the average american you may be consuming up to 9, 000 mg a day. Studies show that high salt leads to high blood pressure. Current recommendations are to limit salt intake to 2, 400 mg per day, the equivalent of about one teaspoon.

Put the brakes on smoking and drinking. These are two other bad habits to avoid if you want to keep a normal blood pressure. Alcohol raises blood pressure and adds empty calories. A safe amount of alcohol is only one drink a day for women and two for men. Smoking is not safe in any amount. Nicotine causes blood vessels to constrict and that raises blood pressure. Quitting will also lower your risk of cancer and heart disease.
The only way to know if you have high blood pressure or normal blood pressure is to have a blood pressure reading done by a trained healthcare provider. The american heart association recommends a blood pressure reading at least once every two years. If you have had a recent blood pressure reading and you have normal blood pressure, don't take it for granted. Remember hypertension is a common and sometimes silent killer. Push yourself away from the computer, turn off the television, get active, eat your fruits and vegetables, and kick any bad habits.

But for diabetic patient is this advisable? As I am 47 year old k/c/o Rheumatoid arthritis and Diabetic, taking meantime tab half twice. And also please advice me as I want to reduce my weight and belly fatt, I am 5 feet 2 inches in height and 56-57 kg kilo. Also on RA treatment.

lybrate-user, Looking at your weight and height, your BMI is 22.98 kgs/M2, which absolutely fine. However, if belly fat is there, that can be reduced by aerobic exercise and abdominal exercise and also by swimming. There is no mention about blood glucose levels or HbA1c%, so I have no idea about how well is diabetes controlled. As regards treatment of RA affecting the diabetes, it depends on what drugs are being given. Thanks.

Masturbation twice per week is healthy. Masturbation should be done when there is no time limit and there is no fear that someone while doing so will catch them. Use start and stop technique in masturbation. Lots of people complained of weakness from masturbation and wants some medicines, if one feels sexual weakness (erection problem, low desire, etc) from masturbation then it could be psychological, low testosterone level, and poor nutrition so people should not feel guilty regarding masturbation, should check their testosterone level and get treated, and improve nutrition status. 1. Consult doctor with blood report like widal/typhidot test. 2. If it is typhoid, you have to take a course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 2. Pimples are caused by clogged pores, and the sebum secretions of oily skin. Oily skin type is especially infamous for pimples. The oil glands of this skin type is extra active and always secrete excessive oil.
