You are suffering from premature ejaculation. You can try this very effective method called masters and johnson technique. Once you are about to climax before I compress the penis just above glans with forefinger and thumb till the pressure decreases. Now you can continue again the intercourse without ejaculation and increase the time of intercourse.

I am 65 years old & have got knee paid & joint pain and leg, it become very difficult to walk, in nigh my left knee does have burning pain. I keep pillow below my foot while sleeping. Hi thanks for your query. You have multiple issues, with diabetes you can have sensations like burning in foot but these can also come from lower back pathology. You might be having urinary tract infection get your urine tested for cultur and sensitivity take tab norflox 400 mg twice a day for five days drink plenty of liquids orally.

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).

Dear lybrateuser, -Healthy carbohydrates are present in vegetables, legumes( beans) ,wholegrains, fruits, nuts, yogurt, unhealthy incakes, flours, jams, bread, refined potato & sugary drinks -have the healthy carbohydrates & can also substitute them with proteins & low fat dairy, like yogurt, paneer, butter milk, curds, have handful of nuts like almond, walnuts, cashews, groundnut, sprouts.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc how to control masturbation 1. Stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2. Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3. Eat healthy diet 4. Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5. Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6. Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7. Develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice thrice a day for 15 days and update. I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and avoid spicy food items and not to eat nonveg and junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet atleast for a month.

Hi, First get yourself properly examined from a nearby doctor to know the exact diagnosis as the information given by you is insufficient. Get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR, AEC, Widal, Peripheral smear for MP; also, Sputum examination, an X-ray (chest), Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M) done. (In case required, may advise you some other tests later). Revert me with the reports for proper treatment.

Dear, the best approach is to be fully aware of its negative aspects and quit it willingly. You will need sheer will power. Initially take steps like' will not smoke in my house' not in office' not on the street' and keep such promises. Secondly don' t buy in packets. Make it compulsive that when you crave for smoking, go to a shop and buy one and smoke. There are nicotine chewing gums available for immediate use while craving. Keep them in your poscket. Take care.

Hi, am 31 years old. I recently had a general health check up. All results were normal except my sugar cholesterol levels. Fasting sugar was 103 and post meal sugar was 126. I remember I had taken too much sugary beverages around 9 hours before the test. Could that have an effect on the examination? And generally am I diabetic?
