Sir I am 54 years and my weight is near 88 Kg. Something under my tongue is not allowing me to speak freely. Whenever I speak, drooling takes place from my mouth and that too from under the tongue and spitting is there on the person with whom I am talking. It is quite humiliating. I am not able to find the reason for this problem. Something is there.

It could be simple salivary cyst, swelling, calculi or malignancy. So this has to be seen and personally examined and a certain the exact nature of the problem that you are having but still we suggest you to get examine by an ENT surgeon and act immediately according to suggestion.

Hi lybrate-user, There are several common diseases that can lead to the inability to gain weight -- but there could also be a simpler explanation, such as not getting enough calories in your diet. Knowing what signs and symptoms to look for can help determine if your lack of weight gain is caused by your lifestyle, or is the result of an underlying disease. Contact a doctor if you are experiencing unexplained weight loss. Many people who can't gain weight don't realize they are not getting enough calories to gain weight. Skipping meals due to a busy schedule or simply not consuming enough of the right foods, such as fats or carbohydrates, can be factors. Exercising but not consuming enough calories to make up for the expenditure is another common reason you might not gain weight. Monitoring your daily caloric expenditure and intake can help determine if this is the case. Problems with the intestines can mean your body is not properly absorbing the food you are eating. Even if you are consuming a lot, you could suffer from malnutrition and not be able to gain weight. These types of diseases are known as "malabsorption syndromes. Some common forms of this disease type are irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcers and celiac disease. Symptoms can include blood in the stool, abnormal bowel movements -- too many or too few -- fatigue, pain in the abdomen, gas and possible weight loss. If you are experiencing these symptoms along with no weight gain, consult a doctor for proper diagnosis.

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Boil ½ a cup of water 2. While boiling, add ½ tsp of saffron 3. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 min 4. Transfer the liquid to a cup 5. Sip the mixture when hot Causes: • Fever is the body's way of removing toxins • Harmful matter collects in our system as a result of: o Incorrect eating habits o Unhygienic lifestyle This remedy will be helpful.

Dear user, burning more calories that you take is the best way to lose weight. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no single food that miraculously causes weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 4 calorie dense meals in breakfast lunch evening snack and dinner. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. This is possible to manage even if you are stressed with time. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. If you do not take meals properly you will just land up breaking muscle mass and lose even more weight. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. No need to hurry its a slow process.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

weight reduction is achieved by three dimensional approach. 1. Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava,papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd, (nonveg, eggs, alcohol and smoke if u take) etc. 2. Life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. Go for morning or evening walk, do some yoga and exercises. Cycling, swimming and outdoor games can also help. Avoid nap / day sleep. Do suryanamaskar, trikonasan, bhujangasana, yogic jogging etc. 3. Ayurvedic medicines- some ayurvedic medicines like medohar gugulu, ayurslim capsules along with Panchkarma treatment can reduce weight quickly.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

5 months baby should not be put on cereal but it should be started once he had completed 6 months of age. Baby requires exclusive breast feeding in first 6 months of life. Even water is not required irrespective of weather condition 2 anytime freshly prepared home made non chewable mashed food should be introduced like dal dalia khichri sujji ka halwa mashed banana 3 fruits juices soup can be supplemented to home made family food. 4 say big no to commercial baby food except in special circumstances like travel working mother.
