Dear, Whatever you are eating now, you should probably double it.  If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six.  You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal.  This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.  500 extra calories a day = 1 extra half kg gained per week.  Whatever you’re eating now, add an additional 1000 calories (spread throughout the day), and you’ll put on 1 kg a week.  Not just any calories though…Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories.  If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point:Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts.  Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Thanku!

Yes. Ideally Masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. Genetic inheritance is the main cause, apart from that stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problem, not oiling the scalp can contributes in it. Proteins are needed to produce pigment in hair. This pigment gives colour to hair. So eat food which is rich in proteins like sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of ginger juice and honey before meal. B) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of water after meals. C) eat 5 gm of AJOVA seeds along with 5 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Hello- noise coming from the knees is due to decreased synovial fluid in your knee joint which is causing friction between two bones which makes joint. >continuous friction may lead to joint pain and swelling in near future. >looking at your age you should follow these schedules- 1) do warm sesame oil massage daily on your knees twice. 2) increase dietary products that can increase synovial fluid (ghee, milk, malai etc.) 3) avoid foods that are harmful to joint structure.(fast food, spicy and junk diet, shila anna) 4) don, t exert too much stress on your knee joint.(sudden running, heavy exercise) 5) wear knee cap for minimizing body load on knee joint. 6) treat your indigestion if having. 7) tray to get a sound sleep (at least 8 hrs a day)

Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Hi, dark spots left after pimples can be removed by medicines. Take berberis aqui q 10 drops in 1/4th cup of water drink thrice a day. Don't apply any dark spots removal cream as they are useless.
