Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Mere dad ki age 48 hai aur unke ankle ki bone bad gayi hai jisse unko chalne aur khade rehne mai bahot taklif hoti hai. Dr. ne kaha k operation se kuch fark nai padega. To Dr. ne sirf medicine diya hai jisse kuch khas fark nai pad raha hai please Dr. advise me ke kya karne se thik hoga.

Hello there, I think the condition you are talking about is calcaneal spur. Usually it pains in heel while standing suddenly after a long time sitting, and in morning immediately after getting up. Physiotherapy helps best with this condition, 8 to 10 sessions of ultrasound therapy and some stretching exercises prescribed by a qualified physiotherapist will cure this. So in my opinion without wasting much time, please visit a physiotherapist asap. Thank you. And feel free to ask any doubts.

Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part.(ls spine) rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Its, difficult to know without evaluation. If its not going down the leg and just on the side of the spine there are chances its just muscular.

Hello Doctors, I have 3 problems right now: 1. Lower back pain: I had a lower back spasm few months back and it was reduced (as told by therapist) but still the pain did not reduce 100 %. I feel pain in my lower back and buttock when I sit for long. I feel muscle tightness on my buttock muscle. When I sit, I feel I am sitting on something on my right buttock. 2. Knee Pain: I had an ligament problem 4 years back and again few months back I did jumping squats and that pain returned. I have mild pain when I stand for long time or walk for long. Sometimes I feel the muscles or ligament at knee are vibrating (One of the doctor said it is due to improper nutrition). Sometimes I feel right leg is taller than left. 3. Ankle & Feet pain: In November I had an ankle sprain and then doctor said to take rest but due to floods in Chennai I could not take proper rest. So I had the ankle pain for many days. Now the ankle pain reduced mostly but I have pain in feet when I stand or walk for more than 10 mins. I had been to physio therapy and doing stretches cum workout as prescribed by doctor. I have consulted 3 doctors and got X-Rays but everything is fine. All these ailments are on the right side. After using allopathic and exercises the pain and discomfort did not cure completely. Now 2 days back I have started homeopathy and continuing exercises. I will be grateful if any doctor could help help what I can do next. Thanks a lot in advance for your time.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi your symptoms r more suggestive of planter fascitis. Avoid bare feet walking. Stretching exercises. Local heat. Good sports shoes with heel cushion. Reduce wt.

You should change your shoes. Second take hypericum 1m - thrice daily for next 7 days. Also avoid walking/standing too long at a stretch for some time. Get back to me for further treatment.

Posture correction must do hot fermentation and apply pain relief ointment rest must ig it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Some amount of breast pain or discomfort is normal in premenstrual phase. Nothing to worry. If it's bothering too much, consult your gynaecologist for a checkup and you may be required to put on medications for it.
