I have pain in left knee. During walking.my weight. Is 85kg. Hight 166cns. Bhi 29 some times it starts from lumbar region and decends down thru left thigh to knee and to lower side. I take glucosamine 1500 mcg od along with aceclofenac 100mg. For controll of pain and trying to lower my weight. Thanks.

I usually work in night shifts where I have to sit for long hours I feel a lot of time back pain but I usually take break after 30 minutes to go downstairs but often I feel back pain in my back. What should I do? Any suggestions or advice?

Please take Mag phos 12x - twice daily for some time. Also if the pain is still continuing then do a x-ray of the lumbo-sacral joint. Do morning exercise and running to keep yourself free.

It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm. This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain.

With out proper examination it's difficult. Still pain means something wrong, if it unites wrong then might be pain due to compression of some structure. Consult Orthopedic. For time being do warm foamentation.

What is the severity of pain? is the pain continuous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders.

Hi, go for ultrasound therapy (physiotherapy) for 10 days, after that do isometric exercise and than go strengthing exercise of hand muscles.

Hi Drs, I have bad posture problem due to which I am facing lot of problem in my day to day life. I tried ayurvedic massage, physiotherapy but nothing works. Whenever I sit or stand with someone they do exercises just like teasing me, lowering my confidence. Its hectic now for me to live, creating metal stress. Now I heard some foam roller are used to reduce stress in muscles. When I visited physiotherapists they told me its due to weak muscles but why those weak muscles to me only there are too many people in world which don't have such problem. Please help m on this.

Ok don't worry tk mirror help and see your posture and do correct. Keep spine straight and equal balance on both limbs. Do stretching exercise in daily routine and tk a spine x-ray to see spine. Avoid toward bending. Few minutes daily stand and sit in a correct posture in front of mirror. Physiotherapy will help you muscle relaxation and other bone deformity. Try these things it will help you.
