It may be due to increased amount of free radicals in your body. You can take evion 400 mg for one week. Ca has also greater role. So kindly consult to a doctor before taking any medicine. Some exercise are also important.

I am 24 years old male and have both side leg knee joint pain. What should I do? One female 19 years old having eye dark circle problem. What should she do?

Hi, take Five phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily. Take no. 19 , 5 tabs thrice daily. Revert me after 10 days. *For dark circle:-Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week.

It seems to be due to motion sickness Some tips to avoid motion sickness Avoid excessive alcohol and foods or liquids that "do not agree with you" or make you feel unusually full. Heavy, spicy, or fat-rich foods may worsen motion sickness Avoiding strong food odors may also help prevent nausea. Try to choose a seat where you will experience the least motion. The middle of an airplane over the wing is the calmest area of an airplane. Do not sit facing backwards from your direction of travel. Sit in the front seat of a car. Do not read while traveling if you are prone to motion sickness. When traveling by car or boat, it can sometimes help to keep your gaze fixed on the horizon or on a fixed point. medication can be prescribed after complete evaluation

If you are having multiple joint pains, my advise will be to get few investigations done and rule out an inflammatory cause of pain. Top Ways To Get Pain Relief From Sciatica

Sciatica is probably one of those things which is vaguely familiar but a person is not fully aware of it. The sciatic nerve is one which is part of the spine and then spreads out over the legs. When this nerve gets pinched, it leads to sciatica, or pain of the sciatic nerve, which is tremendous! But, then, what exactly is a person to do in order to reduce the pain caused on account of sciatica?

The best answer for this is not medication, though it does have its uses, but rather, exercises which help the situation improve and reduce the risk of the person going mad due to the pain! One of the simplest exercises that a person can start with is known quite commonly as the knee to shoulder exercise. All that one needs to do is to lie down on the back and then, raise one knee and pull it across the body, with hands wrapped around it, so that it touches the opposite shoulder. This position of the knee touching the shoulder is to be held for about half a minute. About 3 repetitions need to be done and the same with the other side.

While it is important in the effort to relieve pain due to sciatica, it is equally important not to push oneself beyond natural limits, especially initially as this can cause injury. After all, more pain is the last thing which a person with sciatica is likely to want!

Since it is important to keep in mind the fact that consistency is one of the key secrets to reducing the sciatic pain, it is worth keeping in mind the standing hamstring stretch. What this exercise can boast of is the fact that it is one which can be done nearly anywhere. Also, it is pretty simple, too!

To do the standing hamstring stretch, one leg needs to be kept on an elevated surface which is not as high as the level of the hip. It is important to keep in mind that the leg is to be kept straight. The torso needs to then be bent towards the elevated leg. This process should be done slowly and again, maintained for about half a minute.

The sitting pose is useful to remember, as well. Sitting on the floor, one leg’s ankle should rest on the other’s knee. Like the standing hamstring stretch, the upper torso is to be bent towards the extended leg. With all these exercises, relief is not far away!

If there was no trauma or injury to the back, and also if you didn't lift any heavy weight and the pain started, then it could be due to posture related or mechanical backache. You can use a hot water bag in your back for 10-15 min and then apply some ointment like nice gel. Eventually you need to strengthen your back muscles by exercising (simple exercises) like pelvic lifting, static back etc, also some of the yoga asanas are also good for back like bhujangasan etc.

How to lose arm fat fast
 
Weight lifting –

This is one of the most common exercises that are used for reducing arm fat. Just pick up any household item to use as your weight. There are so many things that can serve this purpose that you actually don’t need dumbbells. A 2 liters water bottle is a great way to lose arm fat fast at home. Hold the bottle in your hands and lift it above the head, while keeping your arms straight. If possible, take your hands behind your back as much as you can. Keep your arms as close to your ears as you can.

How to lose arm fat with pushups:

If you want toned arms, then push ups are one of the best ways to help you. Push ups not only help you to shed the extra kilos off your arms, they also help strengthen the muscles. One needs to master the balancing act in order to do push ups successfully. One can perfect it only after practice. Most people find it difficult at first, but with time, they are able to do it. One should refrain from balancing on the toes and hands. It is advised that you balance on your knees and hands. You can start with a set of 6-10 push ups at a time and as your stamina improves, you can increase the number of push ups. Make sure that you don’t over-exert yourself.

 Exercise in circular motion –

In order to lose arm fat, you can exercise your arms in circular motion. Exercising the arms in circular motion helps you to burn a lot of calories and make your arms look tones and lean. This is the best way to lose arm fat fast. This also helps to strengthen your shoulders and works on biceps and triceps. Make sure that you exercise every day for at least 45 minutes.

Jumping with a rope –

Also helps to remove excess fat from arms as well as various other parts of the body, such as the legs and shoulders. You can vary your speed and the number of times you skip. The more you skip, the faster you lose arm fat. Most women would have done this as an exercise or played with a skipping rope during their childhood. This traditional game is really helpful in toning and shaping the arms. Skipping with a rope involves continuous circular motion of the arms and hence is very helpful. Apart from your arms, it also helps in trimming down your belly, thigh.

How to lose weight from hips and thigh
Scissors –

This fun aerobics exercise helps to lose arm fat really fast. Considered as the best exercise to lose weight and a great cardio workout, it makes your body look like a scissors. You need to open your arms and legs just like a scissors. Stand straight and lift your arms to the height of your shoulders in front. Now stretch the arms to one side and bring them to the front. Your right hand should overlap the left hand and then change vice versa. Do this exercise at least ten times daily and repeat thrice a day.

Arm and leg lift –

In this exercise you need to lift your leg and the opposite arm and then change. While stretching your limbs, you must try to hold your body in this position for some time before resting your body. This exercise is really helpful in losing arm fat. It has been included in the ectomorph workout plans since it helps to promote better muscle growth. It helps to tone the arms, strengthen the legs and arms and is also very beneficial for the spine. It helps to enhance your posture and balance.

Rotation of shoulder and palm –

This is a very easy exercise that can help to lose arm fat. This is not a very high intensity exercise and requires very slow yet controlled movement of the arms. The major muscles of the arms and shoulders are completely engaged in this exercise. To begin, you need to stand with your feet placed about one foot apart. Now raise your arms to shoulder height to the side and keep your fingers together. Now face your palms towards the floor and now rotate the shoulders, 10 times and then rotate your arms and palms 10 times. For best results, rotate each arm at least 20-30 times at a stretch.

By and far, exercise cannot be substituted by any other method to lose arm fat. However, you can make certain minor changes in your daily routine, in order to avoid gaining arm fat. These include tracking your calories every day and avoiding unnecessary snacking between meals. Restrict yourself to a minimum of calories so that you don’t gain excess fat and/or muscle. Do not indulge in binge eating and avoid missing a meal. Get rid of the ugly fat such as sugar candies, lollies, fried and junk foods and refined sugar. Eat a healthy and balanced diet.

please check your weight is appropriate to your height.if you are over weight you should reduce weight for permanent relief. have ankle and toe movement by keeping your foot inside a tub of warm water before sleep. if is not reducing, the causes may be restriction of blood flow in your legs or nerve impingement at the spinal level(back).

I am having allergic problem always, joint pain, and obese, how-to become thin, be active, no bp, no sugar, had slightly thyroid started with thyronorm 25 mcg.

Titrate thyronorm by yourself according to the test. These symptoms might be due to these. Still you have to do exercises. Regular walk morning and evening according to your ease. Progressively increase the duration of the exercises. Then start aerobics regular stretching exercises. Diet have be maintained with low fat but fibre rich and break your food habit if you are habitual binge eater. Restrict calories intake.

You description is very much specific that come with ischaemic heart disease. A stress ecg can exclude it. If your doctor is a cardiologist you can rely on him. Beside cariac pain the most common is costo-chondritis pain, inflammation in the costo-chondral junction.

I have a pain in my wrist. It started coz my arm was in improper position while sleeping. I have been applying moov since a week. The pain has not reduced yet. What should I do?

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

I am 24 years old. I am working From past 2 and half years. Its a desk job due to which I sit on chair for almost 8 to 12 hrs in AC. I had a habit of sitting crossed leg since my height is short. When I used to get up for break sharp pain on right knee I used to feel for few minutes and then it used to get normal. My knee pain is still there. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
