I am a 23 year male and I haven't sleep since last 5 days and having heart pain sometimes. What should I do?
You are having a transient insomnia it may be due to several causes 1. Stress 2. Depression 3. Change in sleeping environment 4. Drugs 5. Excessive heat or cold, noise 6. Jet lag, night shifts first we have to rule out any such cause, follow a healthy lifestyle with eating more vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, go for regular exercise homoeopathic medicines are very safe and can be taken based on symptom totality for heart pain I advise you to visit cardiologist and get trop test, tmt, echo done to confirm diagnosis based on that homoeopathic treatment can be given.

What's critical for your health and longevity.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

What's critical for your health and longevity.
When a person says they're too busy to exercise, it tells me other things are crowding out what's important in life:

They don't spend time with family and friends;
Don't exercise enough; don't eat right;
Don't sleep properly.

All these things reduce stress in your life, and that is critical to your health and longevity.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

What is the reason of joint pain. How can I cure my diabetes? How blood pressure can be controlled?

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
What is the reason of joint pain. How can I cure my diabetes? How blood pressure can be controlled?
Mr. Lybrate-user, you have asked three totally different questions. Anyway, joint pains can be due to a number of conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and some inflammatory conditions affecting single joint also. Diabetes mellitus, is a disease due to deficiency of insulin or resistance to its action or both. So there is no chance for cure, it can only be controlled by proper medications, diet control, exercise and weight maintenance. Blood pressure if high will also need drug/drugs to control plus salt restriction.

Hello Sir, I am 47 years old and recently diagnosed high cholesterol. I am very much fond of egg, kindly let me know if eggs are safe or not. Thanks.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hello Sir,
I am 47 years old and recently diagnosed high cholesterol. I am very much fond of egg, kindly let me know ...
Dear lybrate user, cholesterol is naturally produced inside the body of every living animal. Human beings are no exception to that. But when we take mutton, chicken, yellow part of a boiled egg, ghee, butter etc we intake cholesterol from external source. This extra cholesterol from external sources increase the total cholesterol content of human body. You should always keep your cholesterol level within normal limits as high cholesterol serves as a precursor to various cardiac diseases. Avoid the aforesaid food. Walk at least 1 hour in a day without any interval. Also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture fucus vesiculosus q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. You have to avoid omlete, any other preparation of egg which is made from the yolk of the egg. The yolk of the egg is a rich source of cholesterol. However you can take the white part of the boiled egg as it is devoid of cholesterol.
