Hello. Hi good morning sir. Am suffering from heavy headache. Give me some suggestions for my headache.
Common causes of headache are -- Fever, migraine, stress, cold, sinusitis, anxiety, tensions ,vision problem, high BP. Commonest being inadequate sleep. Avoid stress and tensions. .do deep breathing exercises. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Take steam inhalation twice daily if nasal congestion. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Get ur vision checked if eyes pain or vision problems or watering of eyes . Get ur BP checked too. Hope this helps u .if required, consult.

Yes do it but change food habites. Avoid too. Oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simple veg food with salad.

U r suffering from swelling of face & eye. You have medical problems. Please contact to medical specialist. Avoid oily & spicy meal. Take regullar aerobic exercises, eat coloured fruits & vegetables, plenty of water.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Keep ice over the hand it will reduce the inflamation.
