I would advise you to give him following remedy natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder 7. Add a pinch of saffron 8. Mix well 9. Drink this every morning this will help with your concern, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

Kindly refer a general physician for your symptoms who can then refer to a specialist if needed. Try to have 2-3 litres water daily to avoid dehydration which gives similar symptoms. Avoid skipping meals. Eat small meals at 2-3 hr interval. Include groundnuts, oilseeds- ex til chikki/ladoo, whole legumes-nutrella/rajma/soyabean/chola/chana, whole grains- ex bajra/ragi/wheat malt with milk & sugar, cheese, paneer, fresh fruit juice, banana, dates, dry fruits, milkshake, egg, fatty fish, chicken in your daily diet.

Your blood sugar at 141 after food is within normal limit. Take a full meal with lot of sweets and check your blood after one and half hour. If the level is more than 160 mg then you may think of hyperglycaemia. A sample to check HbA1c should be done. Levels above 6.5 show possibility of Diabetes provided urine too shows presence of sugar in parallel samples. Do not eat direct sugar. Avoid high carb diet like potatoes, rice etc. Eat lot of salads.

hello, There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off.
